Claims (8)
- 차량에 사용되는 변속기용 동기 장치로서, 변속 치차(21), 클러치 몸체(22) 및 마찰링(23)을 포함하고, 상기 클러치 몸체(22)는 변속 과정 중에 베벨 치합에 의해 클러치 슬리브와 형상 고정 방식으로 결합되며, 상기 마찰링(23)의 원추형 마찰면(28)은 동기 과정 중에 동기링과 함께 작용하는 동기 장치에 있어서,상기 변속 치차(21), 클러치 몸체(22) 및 마찰링(23)은, 서로 고정되어 회전되고 부품 유닛(20)을 형성할 수 있도록 서로 분리할 수 없게 결합되는 조립식 개별 부품들로서 구성되고, 상기 마찰링(23)은 축방향으로 돌출된 저널(27)에 의해 변속 치차(21)의 보스(24)에서 중심 설정되며, 상기 저널(27)은 클러치 몸체(22)의 공간(26) 내에 끼워 맞추어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 변속 치차(21)는 주조품으로 구성되고, 상기 클러치 몸체(22)는 정밀 스탬핑 부품으로 구성되며, 상기 마찰링(23)은 딥드로잉 부품으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부품 유닛(20)의 개별 부품들은 서로 다른 재료로 제조되면, 상기 변속 치차(21)는 정밀 주조 금속 GS45로 제조되고, 상기 클러치 몸체(22)는 C15 또는 CK15로 제조되며, 상기 마찰링(23)은 100Cr6, 16MnCr5 또는 C80M으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 변속 치차(21)는 돌출된 보스(24)와 그 보스에서 반경 방향으로 연장된 어깨부(25)를 구비하고, 상기 보스와 어깨부는 함께 클러치 몸체(22)의 중심을 설정하거나 클러치 몸체(22)를 축방향으로 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마찰링(23)의 축방향으로 돌출된 저널(27)은 최대 직경을 갖는 단부면에 구비되고, 상기 저널은 클러치 몸체(22)의 대응하는 공간(26) 내에 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기 장치.
- 차량에 사용되는 변속기용 동기 장치로서, 변속 치차(51, 61), 클러치 몸체(52, 62) 및 마찰링(53, 63)을 포함하고, 상기 클러치 몸체(52, 62)는 변속 과정 중에 베벨 치합에 의해 클러치 슬리브와 형상 고정 방식으로 결합되며, 상기 마찰링(53, 63)의 원추형 마찰면(58a, 58b, 68a, 68b)에는 각각 동기링(56, 57, 66, 67)이 배치되는 동기 장치에 있어서,상기 변속 치차(51, 61), 클러치 몸체(52, 62) 및 마찰링(53, 63)은, 서로 고정되어 회전되고 부품 유닛(50b, 60a)을 형성할 수 있도록 서로 분리할 수 없게 결합되는 조립식 개별 부품들로서 구성되고, 상기 부품 유닛에는 동기링(56, 57, 66, 67)이 분리 가능 부품으로서 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 변속 치차(61)는 축방향 길이가 마찰링(63)의 축방향 길이와 동일한 축방향으로 돌출된 내부 원추형부(69)와 일체로 형성되며, 3중 동기화를 위해서, 상기 동기링(67)은 내부 원추형부(69)와 마찰링(63) 사이에 배치되고 마찰링(63)의 외부에서 또 다른 동기링(66)에 의해 둘러싸이는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 변속 치차(61)에는 별도의 부품으로서 내부 원추형부(70)가 배치되고, 상기 내부 원추형부는 동기링(67)을 안내하는 역할을 하며, 상기 내부 원추형부의 축방향으로 돌출된 저널(71)은 변속 치차(61)의 홈(72) 내에 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기 장치.
