Claims (7)
- 이음관 본체(100), 상기 이음관 본체의 내주면에 전기 융착을 위하여 마련되는 발열체, 및 상기 발열체에 의하여 용융되는 용융부로 이루어져, 상기 발열체의 전기 발열에 의한 용융부의 용융에 의하여 내부에 삽입되는 합성수지관과 융착되는 전기융착용 이음관에 있어서 :상기 이음관 본체(100)의 단부에 인접한 외주면에 나사결합을 위한 나사산이 형성되며 ;상기 이음관 본체의 나사산에 나사결합되는 나사결합부(220) 및 상기 나사결합부의 회전에 따라 전진하여 상기 용융부를 가압하도록 이루어진 가압부(210)가 형성되는 가압부재(200) ; 를 포함하여 이루어지며,상기 발열체는 상기 이음관 본체와 상기 가압부 사이에 마련되는 링형 발열체(310)인 것을 특징으로 하는 나사산에 의한 용융부의 가압구조를 가진 전기융착용 이음관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이음관 본체의 내주면에는 삽입되는 합성수지관의 일단을 지지할 수 있는 단턱(110)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사산에 의한 용융부의 가압구조를 가진 전기융착용 이음관.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발열체에 전기를 공급하기 위한 전기 접속단자(400)가 상기 가압부재(200)에 마련되며, 상기 가압부(210)와 상기 용융부 사이에 전원공급링(410)이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사산에 의한 용융부의 가압구조를 가진 전기융착용 이음관.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발열체는 적어도 한 쌍 이상이 마련되며, 한 쌍을 이루는 2개의 발열체는 서로 전기적으로 연결되며, 한 쌍을 이루는 2개의 발열체 사이에 용융을 위한 링형 용접살(500)이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사산에 의한 용융부의 가압구조를 가진 전기융착용 이음관.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발열체는 전도성 플라스틱으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사산에 의한 용융부의 가압구조를 가진 전기융착용 이음관.
