Claims (8)
- 다른 합성수지관과 연결되기 위한 배관 연결부가 합성수지로 이루어진 배관장치에 있어서,상기 배관장치는 밸브 또는 분기 헤더이며,상기 연결부의 주면에 나사결합을 위한 연결부 나사산이 형성되며,상기 연결부의 내주면에 전기 융착을 위한 링형 발열체가 마련되며,상기 연결부 나사산에 나사결합되는 나사결합부 및 상기 나사결합부의 회전에 따라 전진하여 상기 링형 발열체를 가압하도록 이루어진 가압부가 형성되는 가압부재를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사산에 의한 가압 구조를 가진 전기융착용 배관장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발열체는 전도성 플라스틱으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사산에 의한 가압 구조를 가진 전기융착용 배관장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발열체에 전기를 공급하기 위한 전기 접속단자가 상기 연결부 또는 상기 가압부재에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사산에 의한 가압 구조를 가진 전기 융착용 배관장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 잇어서,상기 발열체에 전기를 공급하기 위한 전기 접속단자용 구멍이 상기 연결부 또는 상기 가압부재에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사산에 의한 가압 구조를 가진 전기융착용 배관장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 링형 발열체와 인접하여 링형 용접살이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사산에 의한 가압 구조를 가진 전기융착용 배관장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 링형 용접살은 상기 가압부와 상기 링형 발열체 사이에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사산에 의한 가압 구조를 가진 전기융착용 배관장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 링형 발열체는 복수로 마련되며, 상기 링형 용접살은 상기 링형 발열체 사이에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사산에 의한 가압 구조를 가진 전기융착용 배관장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 링형 발열체와 상기 링형 용접살이 서로 일체로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사산에 의한 가압 구조를 가진 전기융착용 배관장치.
