本發明是有關於一種抽送水設備的結合裝置,特別是指一種大口徑沉水管的結合裝置及其結合方法。
參閱圖1,現有一種用於抽送海水的大口徑沉水管,是以PE材質製成多數的中空管件1,並配合使用長度,再利用一熔接設備(圖未示)對兩相鄰中空管件1的相對端部進行熱熔,並將該等中空管件1沿軸向進行壓合,才能達到熔接目的。
現有的熔接設備結構較為複雜,且熔接後的對兩相鄰中空管件1的熔接處會呈不平整狀,抽送海水時容易產生擾流及阻力,且兩相鄰中空管件1的熔接部位結構強度較不足,容易受彎矩及壓力作用而產生破損。
因此,本發明之一目的,即在提供一種結構簡單且可提昇結合強度的大口徑沉水管的結合裝置。
本發明之另一目的,即在提供一種步驟簡單且可提昇結合強度的大口徑沉水管的結合方法。
於是,本發明大口徑沉水管的結合裝置,包含 一第一管件、一第二管件及一結合單元。該第一管件採用塑膠材質製成沿一軸線延伸的中空管狀,並具有一圍繞該軸線的第一內周面、一相反於該第一內周面的第一外周面及一連接於該第一內周面與該第一外周面相對側緣之間的第一端面,該第二管件採用塑膠材質製成中空管狀,且沿該軸線對接於該第一管件一側,並具有一圍繞該軸線的第二內周面、一相反於該第二內周面的第二外周面及一連接於該第二內周面與該第二外周面相對側緣之間的第二端面,該結合單元包括一捲繞於該第一管件的第一內周面與該第二管件的第二內周面的內線圈、一相反於該第一管件、第二管件而捲繞於該內線圈一側的內包覆層、一對應該內線圈而捲繞於該第一外周面與該第二外周面的外線圈及一相反於該第一管件、第二管件而捲繞於該外線圈一側的外包覆層,該內線圈具有一對應於該第一管件且位於該第一端面、該第二端面一側的第一內端部及一對應於該第二管件且位於該第一端面、該第二端面另一側的第二內端部,該外線圈具有一位於該第一端面、該第二端面一側的第一外端部及一相反於該第一外端部且位於該第一端面、該第二端面另一側的第二外端部,對該內線圈與該外線圈通電,可使該第一管件的第一端面、該第二管件的第二端面、該內包覆層及該外包覆層熱熔結合為一體,該夾壓單元可自該第一管件、第二管件拆離,並具有一可移動地設置於該第一管件與該第二管件內部的支撐件、一設置於該支撐件與該第一管件及該第二管件之間的充氣環件及一套設於該第一管件與該第二管 件外部的束鉗件,該支撐件具有一圍繞該軸線且呈環圈狀的支撐環圈、一設置於該支撐環圈內部的連接環圈、多數連接於該連接環圈與該支撐環圈之間的輻條、一連接於該連接環圈且沿該軸線延伸的跨架及多數軸設於該跨架的滾輪,該等滾輪可沿該第一內周面與該第二內周面產生滑動。
本發明大口徑沉水管的結合方法,包含以下步驟:(A)製備一第一管件、一第二管件、一結合單元及一夾壓單元,該第一管件採用塑膠材質製成沿一軸線延伸的中空管狀,並具有一圍繞該軸線的第一內周面、一相反於該第一內周面的第一外周面及一連接於該第一內周面與該第一外周面相對側緣之間的第一端面,該第二管件採用塑膠材質製成中空管狀,並具有一圍繞該軸線的第二內周面、一相反於該第二內周面的第二外周面及一連接於該第二內周面與該第二外周面相對側緣之間的第二端面,該結合單元包括一內線圈、一內包覆層、一外線圈及一外包覆層,該夾壓單元具有一可移動地設置於該第一管件與該第二管件內部的支撐件、一設置於該支撐件與該第一管件及該第二管件之間的充氣環件及一套設於該第一管件與該第二管件外部的束鉗件,該支撐件具有一圍繞該軸線且呈環圈狀的支撐環圈,(B)將該第一管件的第一端面與該第二管件的第二端面互相抵靠後,將該內線圈捲繞於該第一管件的第一內周面與該第二管件的第二內周面,將該內包覆層相反於該第一管件、第二管件而捲繞於該內線圈一側,將該外線圈對應該內線圈而捲繞於該第一外周面與該第二外周 面,將該外包覆層相反於該第一管件、第二管件而捲繞於該外線圈一側,(C)將該充氣環件套設於該支撐件的支撐環圈外部,且將該支撐件與該充氣環件移至該第一管件與該第二管件內部,且對應於該內包覆層,再將該束鉗件束縛於該外包覆層的外部,(D)對該充氣環件進行充氣,利用該夾壓單元對該第一管件、該第二管件、該結合單元進行加壓,同時對該內線圈及該外線圈進行通電,該內線圈與該外線圈產生的熱可使該第一管件、該第二管件、該內包覆層與該外包覆層產生熱熔,且使該第一端面與該第二端面沿該軸線結合為一體,該內包覆層與該外包覆層也沿徑向透過該內線圈、該外線圈與該第一管件、該第二管件結合為一體,(D)將該夾壓單元自該第一管件與該第二管件拆離。
本發明之功效:利用該結合單元的內線圈、該外線圈的設置,不但可作為熱熔時之熱源,且熱熔後可做為該第一管件與該第二管件對接處的補強件,可提昇該第一管件與該第二管件的結合強度,且利用該結合方法的連續步驟可達到結合目的。

本發明之其他的特徵及功效,將於參照圖式的實施例詳細說明中清楚地呈現,其中:圖1是現有一種沉水管的接合示意圖;圖2是一組合剖視圖,說明本發明大口徑沉水管的結合裝置的一實施例; 圖3是圖2的局部放大示意圖;圖4是本發明大口徑沉水管的結合方法一實施例的結合示意圖,說明將一內線圈與一內包覆層依序捲繞於一第一管件與一第二管件內部,且將一外線圈與一外包覆層捲繞於該第一管件與一第二管件外部;圖5是本發明上述結合方法實施例的一結合示意圖;及圖6是沿圖5中之線Ⅵ-Ⅵ的一剖面圖。
在本發明被詳細描述之前,應當注意在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
參閱圖2、圖3與圖5,本發明大口徑沉水管的結合裝置之一實施例,包含一第一管件10、一第二管件20、一結合單元30及一夾壓單元40。
該第一管件10採用塑膠材質製成沿一軸線L延伸的中空管狀,並具有一圍繞該軸線L的第一內周面11、一相反於該第一內周面11的第一外周面12及一連接於該第一內周面11與該第一外周面12相對側緣之間的第一端面13,該第一內周面11具有相鄰於該第一端面13的第一凹槽14,本實施例中,該第一管件10採用聚乙烯(PE)材質製成。
該第二管件20採用塑膠材質製成中空管狀,且沿該軸線L對接於該第一管件10一側,並具有一圍繞該軸線L的第二內周面21、一相反於該第二內周面21的第二外周面22及一連接於該第二內周面21與該第二外周面22相 對側緣之間的第二端面23,該第二內周面21具有一相鄰於該第二端面23的第二凹槽24,該第一凹槽14與該第二凹槽24沿該軸線L相連通,本實施例中,該第二管件20採用聚乙烯(PE)材質製成。
該結合單元30包括一捲繞於該第一管件10的第一內周面11與該第二管件20的第二內周面21的內線圈31、一相反於該第一管件10、第二管件20而捲繞於該內線圈31一側的內包覆層32、一對應該內線圈31而捲繞於該第一外周面12與該第二外周面22的外線圈33及一相反於該第一管件10、第二管件20而捲繞於該外線圈33一側的外包覆層34。本實施例中,該內線圈31與該外線圈33均採用銅線,該外包覆層34對應該軸線L的寬度大於該內包覆層32對應該軸線L的寬度。該內包覆層32與該外包覆層34可採用聚乙烯材質或聚丙烯(PP)材質。
該內線圈31具有一對應於該第一管件10且位於該第一端面13、該第二端面23一側的第一內端部311及一對應於該第二管件20且位於該第一端面13、該第二端面23另一側的第二內端部312,該外線圈33具有一位於該第一端面13、該第二端面23一側的第一外端部331及一相反於該第一外端部331且位於該第一端面13、該第二端面23另一側的第二外端部332。且該內線圈31與該內包覆層32套設於該第一凹槽14與該第二凹槽24中,該內線圈31的第一內端部311位於該第一凹槽14,該第二內端部312位於該第二凹槽24。
配合參圖6,該夾壓單元40可自該第一管件10、第二管件20拆離,並具有一可移動地設置於該第一管件10與該第二管件20內部的支撐件41、一設置於該支撐件41與該第一管件10及該第二管件20之間的充氣環件42及一套設於該第一管件10與該第二管件20外部的束鉗件43,該支撐件41具有一圍繞該軸線L且呈環圈狀的支撐環圈411、一設置於該支撐環圈411內部的連接環圈412、多數連接於該連接環圈412與該支撐環圈411之間的輻條413、一連接於該連接環圈412且沿該軸線L延伸的跨架414及多數軸設於該跨架414的滾輪415,該跨架414呈倒U型之框架狀。該束鉗件43具有一對概呈半圓形的夾鉗框431,該等夾鉗框431可利用多數螺栓432互相鎖接。
如圖4所示,當將該第一管件10的第一端面13與該第二管件20的第二端面23互相抵靠後,再將該內線圈31捲繞於該第一凹槽14與該第二凹槽24中,將該內包覆層32捲繞於該內線圈31一側,將該外線圈33對應該內線圈31而捲繞於該第一外周面12與該第二外周面22,將該外包覆層34捲繞於該外線圈33一側後,接著,再如圖5所示,利用該等滾輪415可使該夾壓單元40的支撐件41、充氣環件42可沿該軸線L於該第一管件10、該第二管件20內部移動,且對應於該內包覆層32,再將該束鉗件43束縛於該外包覆層34的外部。
如圖5及圖6所示,對該充氣環件42進行充氣,使該第一管件10、該第二管件20與該結合單元30受到 該支撐件41的支撐作用、該充氣環件42沿徑向產生由內朝外的撐張作用,以及該束鉗件43沿徑向朝內產生的束鉗作用。再同時對該內線圈31與該外線圈33通電,該內線圈31與該外線圈33形成電阻產生熱,並可使該第一管件10、該第二管件20、該內包覆層32與該外包覆層34在被該夾壓單元40加壓的狀態下產生熱熔,且使該第一端面13與該第二端面23沿該軸線L結合為一體,該內包覆層32與該外包覆層34也沿徑向透過該內線圈31、該外線圈33與該第一管件10、該第二管件20結合為一體。且該內包覆層32透過該內線圈31的縫隙,可與該第一管件10的第一內周面11、該第二管件20的第二內周面21熔接為一體,該內線圈31完全包覆於該內包覆層32與該第一管件10、第二管件20之間,可避免產生空隙或氣泡。也透過的縫隙該外包覆層34也透過該外線圈33的縫隙,可與該第一管件10的第一外周面12、該第二管件20的第二外周面22熔接為一體,該外線圈33也完全包覆於該外包覆層34與該第一管件10、第二管件20之間,可避免產生空隙或氣泡。
再如圖2與圖3所示,當該第一管件10與該第二管件20互相熔接後,再將該夾壓單元40自該第一管件10、第二管件20拆離,且利用該內線圈31完全包覆於該內包覆層32與該第一管件10、第二管件20之間,以及該外線圈33也完全包覆於該外包覆層34與該第一管件10、第二管件20之間,也可提昇該第一管件10與該第二管件 20對接處的結構強度,再加上該內包覆層32透過該內線圈31的縫隙,可與該第一管件10的第一內周面11、該第二管件20的第二內周面21熔接為一體,該外包覆層34也透過該外線圈33的縫隙,可與該第一管件10的第一外周面12、該第二管件20的第二外周面22熔接為一體,則利用該結合單元30使得該第一管件10與該第二管件20對接處具有較佳的結構強度。
另外,利用該內線圈31與該內包覆層32套設於該第一凹槽14與該第二凹槽24中,且使該內包覆層32的內表面與該第一內周面11、該第二內周面21齊平,則可使抽送的水流運送順暢,不會產生阻力。
再如圖4所示,本發明大口徑沉水管的結合方法,包含以下步驟:
步驟一:製備如圖2與圖3所示的第一管件10、第二管件20、該結合單元30及一夾壓單元40。該夾壓單元40具有一可移動地設置於該第一管件10與該第二管件20內部的支撐件41、一設置於該支撐件41與該第一管件10及該第二管件20之間的充氣環件42及一套設於該第一管件10與該第二管件20外部的束鉗件43,該支撐件41具有一圍繞該軸線L且呈環圈狀的支撐環圈411、一設置於該支撐環圈411內部的連接環圈412、多數連接於該連接環圈412與該支撐環圈411之間的輻條413、一連接於該連接環圈412且沿該軸線L延伸的跨架414及多數軸設於該跨架414的滾輪415,該跨架414呈倒U型之框架狀。該束 鉗件43具有一對概呈半圓形的夾鉗框431,該等夾鉗框431可利用多數螺栓432互相鎖接。
步驟二:如圖4所示,將該第一管件10的第一端面13與該第二管件20的第二端面23互相抵靠後,將該內線圈31捲繞於該第一管件10的第一內周面11的第一凹槽14與該第二管件20的第二內周面21的第二凹槽24中,也將該內包覆層32相反於該第一管件10、第二管件20而捲繞於該內線圈31一側,將該外線圈33對應該內線圈31而捲繞於該第一外周面12與該第二外周面22,將該外包覆層34相反於該第一管件10、第二管件20而捲繞於該外線圈33一側。
步驟三:再如圖5所示,將該充氣環件42套設於該支撐件41的支撐環圈411外部,且將該支撐件41與該充氣環件42移至該第一管件10與該第二管件20內部,且對應於該內包覆層32,再將該束鉗件43束縛於該外包覆層34的外部。且利用該等滾輪415可沿該第一內周面11與該第二內周面21滑動的作用,可使該夾壓單元40的支撐件41、充氣環件42可沿該軸線L於該第一管件10、該第二管件20內部移動。
步驟四:如圖5及圖6所示,對該充氣環件42進行充氣,使該第一管件10、該第二管件20與該結合單元30受到該支撐件41的支撐作用、該充氣環件42沿徑向產生由內朝外的撐張作用,以及該束鉗件43沿徑向朝內產生的束鉗作用。再同時對該內線圈31與該外線圈33通電, 該內線圈31與該外線圈33形成電阻產生熱,並可使該第一管件10、該第二管件20、該內包覆層32與該外包覆層34產生熱熔,且使該第一端面13與該第二端面23沿該軸線L結合為一體,該內包覆層32與該外包覆層34也沿徑向透過該內線圈31、該外線圈33與該第一管件10、該第二管件20結合為一體。
步驟五:將該夾壓單元40自該第一管件10與該第二管件20拆離,該結合單元30可固結於該第一管件10與該第二管件20的固接處。
因此,利用上述連續步驟,可使該結合單元30與該第一管件10、該第二管件20的對接端產生穩固結合,且製造容易、應用的製造設備簡單,設備成本較低。
綜上所述,利用本案之結合裝置,可使該第一管件10與該第二管件20熔接為一體,且利用該結合單元30使得該第一管件10與該第二管件20對接處具有較佳的結構強度。又利用該結合方法,可使該結合單元30與該第一管件10、該第二管件20快速且穩固地產生結合,故確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種大口徑沉水管的結合裝置,包含:一第一管件,採用塑膠材質製成沿一軸線延伸的中空管狀,並具有一圍繞該軸線的第一內周面、一相反於該第一內周面的第一外周面及一連接於該第一內周面與該第一外周面相對側緣之間的第一端面;一第二管件,採用塑膠材質製成中空管狀,且沿該軸線對接於該第一管件一側,並具有一圍繞該軸線的第二內周面、一相反於該第二內周面的第二外周面及一連接於該第二內周面與該第二外周面相對側緣之間的第二端面;一結合單元,包括一捲繞於該第一管件的第一內周面與該第二管件的第二內周面的內線圈、一相反於該第一管件、第二管件而捲繞於該內線圈一側的內包覆層、一對應該內線圈而捲繞於該第一外周面與該第二外周面的外線圈及一相反於該第一管件、第二管件而捲繞於該外線圈一側的外包覆層,該內線圈具有一對應於該第一管件且位於該第一端面、該第二端面一側的第一內端部及一對應於該第二管件且位於該第一端面、該第二端面另一側的第二內端部,該外線圈具有一位於該第一端面、該第二端面一側的第一外端部及一相反於該第一外端部且位於該第一端面、該第二端面另一側的第二外端部,對該內線圈與該外線圈通電,可使該第一管件的第一端面、該第二管件的第二端面、該內包覆層及該外包 覆層熱熔結合為一體;及一夾壓單元,可自該第一管件、第二管件拆離,並具有一可移動地設置於該第一管件與該第二管件內部的支撐件、一設置於該支撐件與該第一管件及該第二管件之間的充氣環件及一套設於該第一管件與該第二管件外部的束鉗件,該支撐件具有一圍繞該軸線且呈環圈狀的支撐環圈、一設置於該支撐環圈內部的連接環圈、多數連接於該連接環圈與該支撐環圈之間的輻條、一連接於該連接環圈且沿該軸線延伸的跨架及多數軸設於該跨架的滾輪,該等滾輪可沿該第一內周面與該第二內周面產生滑動。
  2. 如請求項1所述的大口徑沉水管的結合裝置,其中,該第一管件的第一內周面具有一相鄰於該第一端面的第一凹槽,該第二管件的第二內周面具有一相鄰於該第二端面的第二凹槽,該第一凹槽與該第二凹槽沿該軸線相連通,且該內線圈與該內包覆層套設於該第一凹槽與該第二凹槽中,該內線圈的第一內端部位於該第一凹槽,該第二內端部位於該第二凹槽,該內包覆層的內表面與該第一內周面、該第二內周面齊平。
  3. 如請求項1或請求項2所述的大口徑沉水管的結合裝置,其中,該結合單元的外包覆層對應該軸線的寬度大於該內包覆層對應該軸線的寬度。
  4. 如請求項1所述的大口徑沉水管的結合裝置,其中,該第一管件與該第二管件採用聚乙烯材質製成,該結合單 元的內包覆層與該外包覆層採用聚乙烯材質與聚丙烯材質其中之一製成。
  5. 一種大口徑沉水管的結合方法,包含以下步驟:(A)製備一第一管件、一第二管件、一結合單元及一夾壓單元,該第一管件採用塑膠材質製成沿一軸線延伸的中空管狀,並具有一圍繞該軸線的第一內周面、一相反於該第一內周面的第一外周面及一連接於該第一內周面與該第一外周面相對側緣之間的第一端面,該第二管件採用塑膠材質製成中空管狀,並具有一圍繞該軸線的第二內周面、一相反於該第二內周面的第二外周面及一連接於該第二內周面與該第二外周面相對側緣之間的第二端面,該結合單元包括一內線圈、一內包覆層、一外線圈及一外包覆層,該夾壓單元具有一可移動地設置於該第一管件與該第二管件內部的支撐件、一設置於該支撐件與該第一管件及該第二管件之間的充氣環件及一套設於該第一管件與該第二管件外部的束鉗件,該支撐件具有一圍繞該軸線且呈環圈狀的支撐環圈;(B)將該第一管件的第一端面與該第二管件的第二端面互相抵靠後,將該內線圈捲繞於該第一管件的第一內周面與該第二管件的第二內周面,將該內包覆層相反於該第一管件、第二管件而捲繞於該內線圈一側,將該外線圈對應該內線圈而捲繞於該第一外周面與該第二外周面,將該外包覆層相反於該第一管件、第二管件而捲繞於該外線圈一側; (C)將該充氣環件套設於該支撐件的支撐環圈外部,且將該支撐件與該充氣環件移至該第一管件與該第二管件內部,且對應於該內包覆層,再將該束鉗件束縛於該外包覆層的外部;(D)對該充氣環件進行充氣,利用該夾壓單元對該第一管件、該第二管件、該結合單元進行加壓,同時對該內線圈及該外線圈進行通電,該內線圈與該外線圈產生的熱可使該第一管件、該第二管件、該內包覆層與該外包覆層產生熱熔,且使該第一端面與該第二端面沿該軸線結合為一體,該內包覆層與該外包覆層也沿徑向透過該內線圈、該外線圈與該第一管件、該第二管件結合為一體;及(E)將該夾壓單元自該第一管件與該第二管件拆離。
  6. 如請求項5所述的大口徑沉水管的結合方法,其中,步驟(A)所製備的該第一管件的第一內周面具有一相鄰於該第一端面的第一凹槽,該第二管件的第二內周面具有一相鄰於該第二端面的第二凹槽,步驟(B)中該第一凹槽與該第二凹槽沿該軸線相連通,且該內線圈與該內包覆層套設於該第一凹槽與該第二凹槽中。
  7. 如請求項5所述的大口徑沉水管的結合方法,其中,步驟(A)所製備的該第一管件與該第二管件採用聚乙烯材質製成,該結合單元的內包覆層與該外包覆層採用聚乙烯材質與聚丙烯材質其中之一製成。
  8. 如請求項6所述的大口徑沉水管的結合方法,其中,步驟(A)所製備的該夾壓單元的支撐件還具有一設置於該支撐環圈內部的連接環圈、多數連接於該連接環圈與該支撐環圈之間的輻條、一連接於該連接環圈且沿該軸線延伸的跨架及多數軸設於該跨架的滾輪,步驟(D)中,該等滾輪對應於該第一內周面與該第二內周面。
