Claims (3)
- (ⅰ) 불순물로 산소를 0.2 ~ 0.5 중량 % 포함하는 염소 가스를 2.0 ~ 2.6 ㎏/㎠, 25 ~ 30 ℃로 압축한 후, 상기 압축된 가스의 온도를 -20 ~ -24 ℃로 낮춰 응축된 액화 염소 가스는 저장하는 동시에 미응축 가스는 제거하는 단계; 및(ⅱ) 상기 저장된 액화 염소 가스를 16 ~ 25 ㎏/㎠, 10 ~ 30 ℃ 로 승온 및 승압시킨 후, 2 ~ 3 ㎏/㎠, -0.5 ~ 0.5 ℃로 단열팽창시켜 미응축 가스는 제거하는 동시에 산소가 100 ppm 이하로 제거된 액화 염소 가스를 회수하는 단계를포함하는 염소 가스에서 불순물로 포함된 산소를 제거하는 방법
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 (ⅰ) 및 (ⅱ) 단계의 제거된 미응축 가스를 회수하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염소가스에서 불순물로 포함된 산소를 제거하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (ⅱ) 단계에서 회수되는 액화 염소 가스의 산소 농도는 10 ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 염소가스에서 불순물로 포함된 산소를 제거하는 방법.
