Description
Claims (6)
- 신호 전압을 버퍼링하여 전송라인으로 싣기 위한 단일이득 연산 증폭기;상기 단일이득 연산 증폭기의 비반전 단자와 상기 신호 전압이 입력되는 신호 전압 입력 라인 간의 연결을 스위칭하는 제1 스위치;일단이 상기 신호 전압 입력 라인에 연결되는 제2 스위치;일단이 상기 단일이득 연산 증폭기의 비반전 단자에 연결되는 제3 스위치;일단이 상기 제3 스위치의 타단에 연결되며, 타단이 상기 제2 스위치의 타단에 연결되는 제1 커패시터;일단이 제1 커패시터의 타단에 연결되며, 타단이 접지전압단에 연결되는 제2 커패시터; 및제1 내지 제3 제어신호를 생성하여 상기 제1 내지 제3 스위치의 동작을 제어하는 스위치 제어부를 포함하되,상기 스위치 제어부는,현재 스캔 라인에 대한 스캔의 시작을 알리는 로드 신호가 활성화는 시점에 상기 제1 및 제3 제어신호를 통해 상기 제1 및 제3 스위치를 턴온시키고, 상기 제2 제어신호를 통해 상기 제2 스위치를 턴오프시키는 단계;상기 제1 및 제3 스위치를 통해 상기 신호 전압이 전달되어 선-강조 전압을 부여하기 위한 충분한 전하가 상기 제1 및 제2 커패시터에 충전되는 시간 후 상기 제1 제어신호를 통해 상기 제1 스위치를 턴오프시키고, 상기 제2 및 제3 제어신호를 통해 상기 제2 및 제3 스위치를 턴온시키는 단계;상기 제1 및 제2 커패시터에 충전된 상기 선-강조 전압과 상기 신호 전압의 합이 상기 단일이득 연산 증폭기를 통해 증폭되어 출력 영상 신호로서 전송라인에 실린 후 상기 제1 및 제2 제어신호를 통해 상기 제1 및 제2 스위치를 턴온시키고, 상기 제3 제어신호를 통해 상기 제3 스위치를 턴오프시키는 단계; 및다음 스캔 라인에 대한 스캔이 시작되기 전 상기 제1 내지 제3 제어신호를 통해 상기 제1 내지 제3 스위치를 턴온시켜 상기 제1 및 제2 캐패시터에 충전된 전하를 제거하는 단계를 수행하는 액정표시장치 구동회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단일이득 연산 증폭기가 동작하지 않을 때 상기 단일이득 연산 증폭기와 상기 전송라인의 연결을 차단하기 위하여 상기 스위치 제어부의 제4 제어신호에 의해 턴오프되는 절전 스위치를 더 포함하는 액정표시장치 구동회로.
- 삭제
- 제1항 및 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 커패시터 및 상기 제2 스위치의 연결지점과 상기 제2 캐패시터의 일단에 연결되어 상기 스위치 제어부로부터 출력되는 제5 제어신호에 의해 동작하는 제4 스위치를 더 포함하는 액정표시장치 구동회로.
- 입력받은 영상 신호 전압을, 구동 버퍼 및 커패시터를 사용하여 버퍼링하여, 전송 라인을 통하여 디스플레이 패널에 출력하는 액정표시장치 구동방법에 있어서,상기 구동 버퍼가 상기 영상 신호 전압을 출력할 때, 상기 출력 영상 신호 전압의 일부를 선-강조 전압으로서 상기 커패시터에 저장하는 단계(S210);상기 커패시터에 저장된 선-강조 전압을 상기 입력 영상 신호 전압에 가하고, 상기 선-강조 전압이 가해진 상기 입력 영상 신호 전압을 버퍼링하여 출력하는 단계(S220);상기 선-강조 전압이 제거된 상기 입력 영상 신호 전압만을 증폭시켜 출력하는 단계(S230); 및상기 커패시터에 충전된 전하를 제거하는 단계(S240)를 포함하는 액정표시장치 구동방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 S210 단계는, 스캔 기간의 시작을 알리는 신호가 활성화된 후부터 상기 커패시터에 선-강조 전압을 위한 전하가 모이기에 충분한 시간동안 수행되며,상기 S240 단계는, 상기 디스플레이 패널에 요망하는 영상이 표시되기에 충분한 시간이 경과한 스캔 기간의 완료 직전부터, 다음 스캔 라인에 대한 상기 S210 단계가 시작되기 전까지 수행되는 액정표시장치의 구동방법.
