Claims (21)

- 제11항에 있어서, 감미제 성분을 추가로 포함하는 미립상 건조-믹스 인스턴트 카푸치노 조성물.
- 모든 양을 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 1 내지 30 %의 미립상 단백질 성분을 벌크 밀도가 0.04 내지 0.3 g/cc인 20 내지 90 %의 미립상 기화 탄수화물, 및 0 내지 30 %의 지질과 혼합하는 것을 포함하는 건조-믹스 거품성 크리머 조성물의 제조 방법.
