Claims (4)
- 리어바디사이드프레임을 가로지르도록 설치된 리어센터크로스멤버 및 리어엔드어퍼크로스멤버에 어퍼플레이트를 매개로 고정 설치되는 에어챔버, 이 에어챔버의 하측을 밀폐시키면서 리어액슬서포트빔의 각 끝단상에 로워플레이트를 매개로 고정 설치되는 피스톤으로 구성된 에어스프링과;리어액슬하우징에서 수직 상방으로 이격되어 리어바디사이드프레임에 고정 설치되는 한 쌍의 범프스토퍼와;상기 리어액슬하우징을 기준으로 차체의 전후방향으로 위치한 두 개의 좌측 후륜 에어스프링의 중심을 연결한 중심축 및 두 개의 우측 후륜에어스프링의 중심을 연결한 중심축상에 각각 위치하도록 설치되는 레벨링밸브와;일단은 수직방향으로 관통한 부시파이프에 의해 상기 리어액슬서포트빔으로 결합되고 타단은 수평방향으로 관통한 부시파이프 및 멤버브라켓트를 매개로 리어엔드로워크로스멤버쪽으로 결합되는 로워레디어스로드;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 버스의 리어서스펜션 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 범프스토퍼는 스토퍼브라켓트()의 밑면과 가류 접착되어 결합되고, 상기 스토퍼브라켓트는 그 상단측이 상기 리어바디사이드프레임에 고정 결합되어 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 버스의 리어서스펜션 구조.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 리어액슬하우징에서 상기 범프스토퍼사이의 간격은 상기 에어챔버의 내측 상단에서 상기 피스톤의 상단사이의 간격보다 작은 치수를 갖도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 버스의 리어서스펜션 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 로워레디어스로드는 상기 멤버브라켓트와 상기 부시파이프사이로 개재되는 심의 두께만큼 전체길이가 가변될 수 있도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 버스의 리어서스펜션 구조.
