Claims (6)
- 차단 가스로 저장된 액체의 상면을 덮어서 외부 분위기로부터 저장된 액체를 밀봉하는 기밀식 탱크에 장착된, 기밀식 액체 저장 탱크의 내부 가스 압력을 조절하기 위한 가스 조절 유닛으로서,상기 기밀식 탱크의 내부 가스 압력이 일정 수준을 초과하여 상승할 때, 개방되어 기밀식 탱크로부터 가스를 배출하는 배기 밸브를 구비하는 가스 배출 본체와;차단 가스 압력이 일정 수준 미만으로 낮아질 때, 차단 가스를 공급하는 차단 가스 조절기를 포함하고, 상기 가스 배출 본체와 차단 가스 조절기는 서로 일체로 커플링되는 것인 가스 조절 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스 배출 본체와 차단 가스 조절기는 차단 가스 조절기의 하류 파이프가 밸브 챔버에 형성된 장착 포트를 통해 가스 배출 본체에 삽입되어 고정되는 방식으로 서로 일체로 커플링되는 것인 가스 조절 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가스 배출 본체에는, 기밀식 탱크의 내부 가스 압력이 낮아짐에 따라, 외부 분위기를 흡입하는 흡기 밸브와 배기 밸브를 구비하는 브레쓰 밸브 시스템(breathing valve system)이 적용되는 것인 가스 조절 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기 밸브의 하류 포트가 외부 분위기에 노출되는 것인 가스 조절 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스 배출 본체의 하류 포트에는 상기 가스 배출 본체를 가스 처리 유닛에 연결하는 연결부가 형성되는 것인 가스 조절 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 챔버 본체의 오리피스를 통해 기밀식 탱크 부근에서 차단 가스 조절기 제어 파이프의 한 쪽 단부가 가스 배출 본체에 연결되는 것인 가스 조절 유닛.
