Claims (10)
- 다공질 금속체의 제조방법에 있어서,(1) 밀폐 용기 내에서, 금속의 융점보다 50 내지 200℃ 낮은 온도 범위내에서 금속 원료를 10-1 내지 10-6 Torr의 범위의 감압하에 유지하여, 상기 금속 원료의 탈기를 수행하는 공정;(2) 상기 밀폐 용기 내에 수소, 질소, 아르곤 및 헬륨으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 가스를 도입시킴으로써, 0.1 내지 10㎫사이의 가압하에 상기 금속 원료를 용융시키고, 용융 금속 중에 상기 가스 또는 가스들을 용해시키는 공정; 및(3) 상기 용융 금속의 온도 및 상기의 가스압을 제어하면서 냉각장치를 구비한 주형 내로 상기 용융 금속을 주입하고, 상기 밀폐 용기 내의 주형에서 상기 용융금속을 냉각 및 응고시킴으로써 다공질 금속체를 형성시키는 공정을 포함하는 다공질 금속체의 제조 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 금속이, 철, 구리, 니켈, 코발트, 마그네슘, 알루미늄, 티탄, 크롬, 텅스텐, 망간, 몰리브덴, 베릴륨 및 이들 금속 중 적어도 1종을 포함하는 합금으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는다공질 금속체의 제조 방법.
