Claims (7)
- 폐기물을 열분해하여 촤(Char)를 포함하는 고형물과 가스로 변환하는 열분해로;상기 촤를 고온으로 연소하여 액상의 용융물로 용해시키는 융용로;상기 용융물을 배출시키는 출탕부; 및상기 열분해로와 상기 용융로에서 발생한 가스를 완전연소시키는 후연소실을 포함하는 폐기물 열분해 용융시스템에 있어서,상기 열분해로와 상기 후연소실을 직접연결하는 주(主)가스유동통로 및 상기 용융로와 상기 주가스유동통로를 연결하는 보조가스유동통로가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 열분해 용융시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 열분해로에 의해 생성된 상기 고형물 중에서 불연물을 선별하기 위한 트롬멜 선별기 및 촤를 상기 용융로로 공급하기 위한 촤공급장치를 포함하는 선별이송부를 더 포함하는 폐기물 열분해 용융시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 트롬멜 선별기의 상부에,상기 트롬멜 선별기의 과열을 방지하기 위한 냉각수분사노즐을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 열분해 용융시스템.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 용융로가 상기 촤를 공급받는 촤공급구의 전면에 복사열차단부를 구비하고, 상기 용융로의 전단에 수냉벽을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 열분해 용융시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 융용로와 상기 후연소실 사이에 구비된 용융로종단벽으로부터 상기 용융로 측으로 인입된 위치에,상기 용융로에서 촤를 연소하는 과정에서 발생한 가스로 인해, 상기 용융로에서 생성한 용융물이 상기 후연소실로 유입되는 것을 막기 위한 종단상부아치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 열분해 용융시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 출탕부 하부의 상기 용융물이 배출되는 용융물배출구의 단면적이 하부를 향할수록 넓어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 열분해 용융시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 주가스유동통로에,가스의 송풍량을 가감하기 위한 댐퍼가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 열분해 용융시스템.
