Claims (11)
- 총 100 중량%가 되는 성분 A 내지 D 및, 경우에 따라 E 및 F의 총량을 기준하여,a) 성분 A로서 1종 이상의 방향족 폴리에스테르 10 내지 97 중량%,b) 성분 B로서, 그의 연질 상이 0 ℃ 미만의 유리 전이 온도를 갖고 그의 중간 입자 크기가 50 내지 1000 nm인 1종 이상의 입상 그라프트 공중합체 1 내지 50 중량%,c) 성분 C로서, 하기하는 단량체들, 즉c1) 성분 C1로서 1종 이상의 비닐방향족 단량체 75 내지 90 중량%, 및c2) 성분 C2로서, 아크릴로니트릴 및(또는) 메타크릴로니트릴 10 내지 25 중량%로부터 제조된 1종 이상의 공중합체 1 내지 50 중량%,d) 성분 D로서, 유리 섬유 1 내지 50 중량%,e) 성분 E로서, 성분 A 및(또는) C와 균질하게 혼화성이거나 또는 이들 중에 분산성인 다른 상용성 중합체 0 내지 25 중량%, 및f) 성분 F로서, UV 안정제, 산화 억제제, 윤활제 및 이형제와 같은 통상의 첨가제 0 내지 10 중량%를 포함하는 유리 섬유 강화 열가소성 성형 조성물로 제조된 자동차 내장용 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분 A가a1) 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 60 내지 99 중량%, 및a2) 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 1 내지 40 중량%로 이루어진 것인 성형품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 성분 B가b1) 하기하는 단량체, 즉b1.1) 성분 B11로서, C1-C10-알킬 아크릴레이트 75 내지 99.9 중량%,b1.2) 성분 B12로서, 2개 이상의 비공액 올레핀계 이중 결합을 갖는 1종 이상의 다관능성 단량체 0.1 내지 10 중량%, 및b1.3) 성분 B13로서, 1종 이상의 다른 공중합가능한 단량체 0 내지 24.9 중량%로부터 제조된 입상 그라프트 기재 B1 50 내지 90 중량%, 및b2) 하기 단량체, 즉b2.1) 성분 B21로서, 비닐방향족 단량체 50 내지 90 중량%, 및b2.2) 성분 B22로서, 아크릴로니트릴 및(또는) 메타크릴로니트릴 10 내지 50 중량%로부터 제조된 그라프트 B2 10 내지 50 중량%로 이루어진 것인 성형품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 성분 B21 및(또는) C1이 비치환된 스티렌인 성형품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 성분 B1이 성분 B11 및 B12로 이루어진 것인 성형품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 성분 B가 50 내지 200 nm의 중간 입자 크기를 갖는 미립자 그라프트 공중합체 10 내지 90 중량% 및 250 내지 1000 nm의 중간 입자 크기를 갖는 조립자 그라프트 공중합체 10 내지 90 중량%로 이루어진 것인 성형품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하기 특징들, 즉-PV 3341 탄소 방출 < 40 ㎍ 탄소/g-DIN 50 011/PV 3900 방향 시험 결과로서의 4 등급보다 양호한 등급-비카 B 연화점 > 145℃-130℃에서의 1000 시간 동안의 연속적인 열노화 후의 ISO 179/1eU 충격 강도 > 30 kJ/m2 및-130℃에서의 1000 시간 동안의 연속적인 열노화 후의 DIN 53457 파단점 신장율 > 2%중의 하나 이상을 갖는 성형품.
