Claims (5)
- 폴리아미드 수지 조성물에 있어서, 폴리아미드6 수지를 주성분으로 하고, 조성물 총중량 기준으로 무수말레익산이 그라프팅되어 있는 에틸렌-옥텐 고무 1∼7중량%, 실란 커플링제 처리된 크레이 30∼50중량% 및 α,β-불포화카르본산 또는 α,β-불포화무수물이나 그 유도체와 스티렌의 공중합물인 스타이레닉 공중합체 0.2∼0.6중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기물 강화 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 크레이가 아미노 실란기로 커플링처리된 것으로 입자크기가 2㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-옥텐 고무가 에틸렌-옥텐 고무 100중량부에 대하여 무수말레익산이 0.2 내지 2 중량부 그라프팅되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스타이레닉 공중합체가 스틸렌과 무수말레익산의 공중합체이며, 그 중 무수말레익산의 비율이 0.5 내지 30중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 상기 청구항 1 기재의 조성으로 되며, 영하 -30℃의 저온에서 충격강도 7이상, 굴곡탄성율 40,000 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 연료 주입구용 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
