Claims (6)
- (a) 탄화수소 원료 혼합물을 C6 이하의 탄화수소 흐름과 C7 이상의 탄화수소 흐름으로 분리하는 단계;(b) 상기 C6 이하의 탄화수소로부터 용제 추출과정을 통해서 비방향족 탄화수소 흐름과 방향족 탄화수소 흐름으로 분리하는 단계;(c) 상기 방향족 탄화수소 흐름으로부터 벤젠을 회수하는 단계;(d) 상기 C7 이상의 탄화수소 및 수소를 적어도 하나의 반응 영역 내로 유입시키는 단계;(e) 상기 반응 영역 내에서 상기 C7 이상의 탄화수소를 촉매의 존재 하에서, (ⅰ) 탈알킬화/트랜스알킬화 반응을 통해서 벤젠, 톨루엔 및 자일렌(BTX)이 풍부한 방향족 탄화수소로 전환시키고, 그리고 (ⅱ) 수소첨가 분해 반응을 통해서 LPG가 풍부한 비방향족 탄화수소로 전환시키는 단계;(f) 상기 (e) 단계의 반응생성물을 기-액 분리과정을 통해서 수소, 메탄, 에탄 및 LPG를 포함하는 상단 흐름과, 방향족 탄화수소와 소량의 수소 및 비방향족 탄화수소를 포함하는 바닥 흐름으로 분리하는 단계; 및(g) 상기 바닥 흐름으로부터 벤젠, 톨루엔, 자일렌 및 C9 이상의 방향족 화합물을 각각 회수하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 원료 혼합물로부터 벤젠을 증산하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계 및 상기 (g) 단계는 동일 장치에서 동시에 수행되거나 또는 각각 별개의 장치에서 독립적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 원료 혼합물로부터 벤젠을 증산하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 상단 흐름으로부터 LPG 성분을 회수하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 원료 혼합물로부터 벤젠을 증산하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (e) 단계의 촉매는 모더나이트, 베타형 제올라이트 및 ZSM-5형 제올라이트로 구성된 군으로부터 적어도 하나가 선택되는, 실리카/알루미나의 몰 비가 200 이하인 제올라이트 10∼95중량% 및 무기질 바인더 5∼90중량%를 혼합하여 담체로 사용하고, 상기 혼합담체에 백금/주석 또는 백금/납을 담지시켜 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 원료 혼합물로부터 벤젠을 증산하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 원료 혼합물이 접촉개질유, 열분해 가솔린, 탈황/탈질소된 유동층 접촉분해 가솔린, C9+ 방향족 함유 혼합물, 나프타 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 원료 혼합물로부터 벤젠을 증산하는 방법.
- (a) 탄화수소 원료 혼합물을 C6 이하의 탄화수소 흐름과 C7 이상의 탄화수소 흐름으로 분리하는 단계;(b) 상기 C6 이하의 탄화수소로부터 용제 추출과정을 통해서 비방향족 탄화수소 흐름과 방향족 탄화수소 흐름으로 분리하는 단계;(c) 상기 C7 이상의 탄화수소 및 수소를 적어도 하나의 반응 영역 내로 유입시키는 단계;(d) 상기 반응 영역 내에서 상기 C7 이상의 탄화수소를 촉매의 존재 하에서, (ⅰ) 탈알킬화/트랜스알킬화 반응을 통해서 벤젠, 톨루엔 및 자일렌(BTX)이 풍부한 방향족 탄화수소로 전환시키고, 그리고 (ⅱ) 수소첨가 분해 반응을 통해서 LPG가 풍부한 비방향족 탄화수소로 전환시키는 단계;(e) 상기 (d) 단계의 반응생성물을 기-액 분리과정을 통해서 수소, 메탄, 에탄 및 LPG를 포함하는 상단 흐름과, 방향족 탄화수소와 소량의 수소 및 비방향족 탄화수소를 포함하는 바닥 흐름으로 분리하는 단계; 및(f) 상기 (b) 단계에서 분리된 방향족 탄화수소 흐름과 상기 (e) 단계에서 분리된 바닥 흐름을 합치고, 이로부터 벤젠, 톨루엔, 자일렌 및 C9 이상의 방향족 화합물을 각각 회수하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 원료 혼합물로부터 벤젠을 증산하는 방법.
