Claims (8)
- 규화몰리브덴과 이 기본 재료의 합금을 포함하며 표면에 산화알루미늄이 형성되는 발열 소자의 제조 방법에 있어서,실리콘과 몰리브덴 화합물의 혼합물을 알루미늄 화합물과 혼합함으로써 Mo(Si1-xAlx)2 및 Al2O3를 함유하는 재료를 제조하고, 상기 실리콘과 몰리브덴 화합물은 Mo(Si1-yAly)2를 포함하고, Al2O3 또는 Al(OH)3로 이루어지는 알루미늄 화합물과 혼합되며, MoO3, Al, Si, SiO2 또는 이들의 조합을 포함할 수 있으며, 투입 성분은 함께 98% 이상에 대응하는 순도를 갖고, 혼합물은 발열 반응을 일으키거나 교환 반응이 일어나도록 소결되어, 화합물 Mo(Si1-xAlx)2(여기서 x는 0.4 ~ 0.6의 범위 내에 있음)와 Al2O3를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 소자 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 SiO2는 규화몰리브덴의 결정 격자의 대칭성에 영향을 끼치지 않는 멀라이트 및 규선석과 같은 규산염 내에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 소자 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, x는 0.45 ~ 0.55의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 소자 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 소결 보조제 MgO, Cao, SiO2 및 Y2O3 중 하나 이상을 상기 혼합물에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 소자 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Mo(Si1-xAlx)2 재료 중의 몰리브덴을 부분적으로 Re, W 또는 Nb로 대체할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 소자 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 몰리브덴을 대략 1/3에 해당하는 양만큼 W로 대체할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 소자 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 투입 성분은 99% 이상의 순도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 소자 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘과 몰리브덴 화합물은 화합물 SiO2, Si 및 MoO3 중 하나 이상과 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 소자 제조 방법.
