Description
Claims (8)
- モリブデンのケイ化物、及びこの合金を本質的に含有し、その表面にアルミニウムオキシドを形成する、加熱エレメントを製造する方法であって、
Mo(Si 1−y Al y ) 2 の混合物を、アルミニウム化合物と混合することによって、実質的にMo(Si1−xAlx)2及びAl2O3を含有する材料を製造する工程であって、Mo(Si 1−y Al y ) 2 の前記混合物は、Al2O3又はAl(OH)3の少なくとも1種を含むアルミニウム化合物と混合され、アルミニウム化合物を伴うMo(Si 1−y Al y ) 2 の混合物は、共に少なくとも98%に対応する純度を有する成分を含み、モリブデンのケイ化物の結晶格子の対称性は、Mo(Si 1−y Al y ) 2 中の残存物質により影響を受けない工程、及び
前記混合物成分を発熱性の反応及び焼結の少なくとも1つにより反応させ、その結果交換反応が起こり、化合物Mo(Si1−xAlx)2及びAl2O3を形成させる工程であって、xが0.4〜0.6の範囲にある工程、を含む前記方法。 - xが0.45〜0.55の範囲にある、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記の混合物に、焼結助剤である、MgO、CaO、SiO 2 及びY 2 O 3 の少なくとも1種を加える工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- Mo(Si 1−x Al x ) 2 材料中のモリブデンを部分的に、Re、又はW、又はNbの少なくとも1種で置換する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- おおよそ1/3に対応する量で、モリブデンをWで置き換える工程を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 混合物の前記成分が、共に少なくとも99%の純度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物に、化合物SiO 2 、Si、及びMoO 3 の少なくとも1種を加える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- Mo(Si 1−y Al y ) 2 の前記混合物が、MoO 3 と、Alと、Si及びSiO 2 の少なくとも1種とを含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
