Claims (4)
- 고체 착물 티타늄 촉매와 유기 알루미늄 조촉매 및 외부 전자공여체로서 벌키한 두개의 알킬기와 두개의 알콕시기를 가지는 유기규소화합물의 존재하에 프로필렌, 부텐-1 각각의 모노머를 용매를 사용하지 않는 기상 또는 벌크 슬러리 중합공정으로 중합하여 제조되며, 부텐-1의 함량이 2∼7몰% 이고, 용융온도는 148∼155℃, 용융열량은 85∼95 J/g, 용융지수는 2∼8g/10분인 프로필렌-부텐-1 공중합체 수지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 증착 이축연신 폴리프로필렌 필름용 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부 전자공여체는 하기의 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 유기규소 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 증착 이축연신 폴리프로필렌 필름용 수지;SiR1R2(OR3)2 ------------ (I)여기에서 R1은 시클로펜틸기, 2-메틸시클로펜틸기, 3-메틸시클로펜틸기, 2-에틸시클로펜틸기, 3-프로필펜틸기, 3-이소프로필시클로펜틸기, 3-부틸시클로펜틸기, 3-터셔리부틸시클로펜틸기, 2,2-디메틸시클로펜틸기, 2,3-디메틸시클로펜틸기, 2,5-디메틸시클로펜틸기, 2,2,5-트리메틸시클로펜틸기, 2,3,4,5-테트라메틸시클로펜틸기, 2,2,5,5,-테트라메틸시클로펜틸기, 1-시클로펜틸프로필기, 1-메틸-1-시클로펜틸에테프기, 시클로펜테닐기, 2-시클로펜테닐기, 3-시클로펜테닐기, 2-메틸-1-시클로펜테닐기, 2-메틸-3-시클로펜테닐기, 3-메틸-3-시클로펜테닐기, 2-에틸-3-시클로펜테닐기, 2,4-디메틸-3-시클로펜틸기, 2,5-디메틸-3-시클로펜테닐기, 2,3,4,5,-테트라메틸-3-시클로펜테닐기, 2,2,5,5-테트라메틸-3-시클로펜테닐기, 1,3-시클로펜타디에닐기, 2,4-시클로펜타디에닐기, 1,4-시클로펜타디에닐기, 2-에틸-2,4-시클로펜타디에닐기, 2,2-디메틸-2,4-시클로펜타디에닐기, 2,3-디메틸-2,4-시클로펜타디에닐기, 2,5-디메틸-2,4-시클로펜타디에닐기 또는 2,3,4,5-테트라메틸-2,4-시클로펜타디에닐기이고, R2는 알킬기, 시클로알킬기 또는 아릴기이며, R3는 알킬기, 시클로알킬기 또는 아릴기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외부전자공여체는 고리탄소수 5인 두개의 벌키한 시클로알킬기와 두개의 알콕시기를 가지는 유기규소화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 증착 이축연신 폴리프로필렌 필름용 수지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 증착 이축연신 폴리프로필렌 필름용 수지와 내열안정제, 블록킹 방지제, 중화제와 같은 통상의 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착 이축연신 폴리프로필렌 필름용 수지조성물.
