Claims (11)
- 내연기관 제어 방법에 있어서,- 상기 내연기관의 출력 샤프트에서 전달되는 실제 토크의 측정치(TQ_MES)가 검출되고,- 상기 실제 토크의 추정치(TQ_AV)가 내연기관의 작동 변수에 따라 결정되며,- 상기 실제 토크의 추정치(TQ_AV) 및 상기 실제 토크의 측정치(TQ_MES)에 따라 미리 정해진 보정값(COR)이 제공되고,- 공기 유동량에 의해 제어되는 토크의 설정값(TQI_SP_MAF)이 페달 위치 센서(61)에 의해 검출되는 페달 위치(PV), 및 하나 이상의 다른 작동 변수에 따라 계산되며,- 상기 보정값(COR)에 따라 상기 토크의 설정값(TQI_SP_MAF)은 보정되고,- 상기 보정된 토크의 설정값(TQI_SP_MAF_COR)에 따라 내연기관 액추에이터용 제어 신호가 토크의 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실제 토크의 추정치(TQ_AV)가 상기 보정값(COR)에 따라 보정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실제 토크의 측정치(TQ_MES)와 상기 실제 토크의 추정치(TQ_AV) 사이의 편차가 정해진 한계치(SW)보다 크면, 상기 내연기관의 비상 작동(NL)이 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실제 토크의 측정치(TQ_MES)와 상기 실제 토크의 추정치(TQ_AV) 사이의 편차에 의한 시간 적분이 미리 정해진 한계치(SW)보다 크면, 상기 내연기관의 비상 작동(NL)이 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 비상 작동(NL)은 크랭크 샤프트(23)의 회전수(N)를 제한하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 비상 작동(NL)은 크랭크 샤프트(23)의 회전수(N)를 제한하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보정값이 회전수(N) 및 내연기관 실린더(20)내의 공기 유동량(MAF_CYL)을 기초로 상기 실제 토크의 측정치(TQ_MES)와 상기 실제 토크의 추정치(TQ_AV) 사이의 편차를 필터링함으로써 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실제 토크의 추정치(TQ_AV)가 점화각 효율(EFF_IGA), 공연비 효율(EFF_LAM) 및 토크의 기준값(TQI_REF)에 따라 결정되고, 상기 토크의 기준값(TQI_REF)은 실린더(20)내의 공기 유동량(MAF_CYL) 및 회전수(N)에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 실제 토크의 추정치(TQ_AV)가 부가로 실린더 차단 효율(EFF_SCC)에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어 방법.
- 제 7항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공기 유동량(MAF_CYL)이 측정된 공기 유동량(MAF_MES)에 따라 모니터링 장치에 의해 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액추에이터가 스로틀 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어 방법.
