Claims (7)
- 엘라스토머를 포함하는 시트 기재 중에, 자성을 나타내는 도전성 입자가 두께 방향으로 배열되도록 배향하면서 면방향으로 분산된 상태로 함유되어 있고,무가압 상태에서 두께 방향의 체적 고유 저항을 R0으로 하고, 두께 방향으로 1 g/mm2의 압력으로 가압된 상태에서 두께 방향의 체적 고유 저항을 R1로 했을 때,체적 고유 저항 R1이 1×107 내지 1×1012Ωㆍm이고,체적 고유 저항 R0과 체적 고유 저항 R1의 비(R0/R1)가 1×10 1 내지 1×104인 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성(anisotropically conductive) 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 체적 고유 저항 R0이 1×109 내지 1×1014Ωㆍm인 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면 저항율이 1×1013 내지 1×1016Ω/□인 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시트의 일면에서 전자 탐침 미량 분석법에 의해서 검출되는 도전성 입자를 구성하는 물질이 차지하는 면적 합계의 비율이 15 내지 60 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성 시트.
- 엘라스토머를 포함하는 시트 기재 중에, 체적 고유 저항이 1×102 내지 1×107Ωㆍm인 자성을 나타내는 도전성 입자가 두께 방향으로 배열되도록 배향하면서 면방향으로 분산된 상태로 함유되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성 시트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 도전성 입자가 페라이트(ferrite)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성 시트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 시트 기재 중에 비자성 도전성 부여 물질이 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성 시트.
