Claims (7)
- 타이어의 트레드 패턴을 구획마다 성형하는 복수의 피스를 갖고, 이들 피스를 후방 블록에 장착하여 고리형상(環狀)으로 배치하도록 한 타이어 가류(加硫) 성형용 금형으로서, 상기 각 피스는 다이 캐스트 주조에 의해 동종(同種) 금속재료를 복수회의 쇼트로 나누어 적층하여 이루어지는 복수의 피스 블록으로 구성하고, 상기 피스 블록간의 주조이음부에 상기 금속재료의 응고 수축에 의한 미세한 틈을 형성한 타이어 가류 성형용 금형.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 쇼트 회수를 적어도 2회 이상으로 한 타이어 가류 성형용 금형.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 주조 금속 재료의 응고 수축에 의해 형성되는 미세한 틈은 0.005 내지 0.08mm인 타이어 가류 성형용 금형.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피스의 프로파일(profile) 면에서 아래쪽으로, 미세한 틈과 연통하는 배기 구멍을 형성하여 이루어지는 타이어 가류 성형용 금형.
- 다이 캐스트 주조에 의한 제 1 쇼트 공정에서 제 1 분할 금형 내에 금속재료를 주조하고, 타이어의 트레드 패턴에 대응하는 프로파일면을 부분적으로 구비한 제 1 피스 블록을 성형하고, 제 2 쇼트 공정에서 상기 제 1 피스 블록을 제 2 분할금형 내에 배치한 상태에서 상기 제 2 분할금형 내에 동종 금속재료를 주조하고, 상기 제 1 피스 블록상에 상기 프로파일면을 보완하는 제 2 피스 블록을 성형하고, 이들 제 1 피스 블록과 제 2 피스 블록의 주조 이음부에 상기 금속재료의 응고 수축에 의한 미세한 틈을 형성하는 타이어 가류 성형용 금형의 제조방법.
