Claims (30)
- 비천연적으로 생성되는 옥타데카디엔산 이성질체를 1% 미만으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 이 때, 상기 비천연적으로 생성되는 옥타데카디엔산 이성질체는 11,13-옥타데카디엔산 이성질체, 8,10-옥타데카디엔산 이성질체, 트란스-트란스 10,12-옥타데카디엔산 이성질체 및 트란스-트란스-9,11-옥타데카디엔산 이성질체를 포함하는 것인, 공액 리놀레산을 50% 이상 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 11,13-옥타데카디엔산 이성질체를 총 1% 미만으로 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 8,10-옥타데카디엔산 이성질체를 총 1% 미만으로 함유하는 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 이성질화된 시판되는 씨앗 오일인 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 씨앗 오일이 해바라기 오일 및 잇꽃 오일로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것인 조성물.
- t10,c12 옥타데카디엔산을 30% 이상, c9,t11 옥타데카디엔산을 30% 이상, 그리고 8,10 옥타데카디엔산, 11,13 옥타데카디엔산 및 트란스-트란스 옥타데카디엔산을 총 1% 미만으로 포함하는 유리 지방산 공액 리놀레산 이성질체의 혼합물을 포함하는, 생물학적으로 활성인 공액 리놀레산 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 t10,c12 옥타데카디엔산이 혼합되어 있는 식품을 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 식품이 사람 소비용인 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 식품이 동물 소비용으로 제조된 사료인 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 t10,c12 옥타데카디엔산이 혼합되어 있는 식품을 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 식품이 사람 소비용인 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 식품이 동물 소비용으로 제조된 사료인 조성물.
- t10,c12 옥타데카디엔산을 30% 이상, c9,t11 옥타데카디엔산을 30% 이상, 그리고 8,10 옥타데카디엔산, 11,13 옥타데카디엔산 및 트란스-트란스 옥타데카디엔산을 총 1% 미만으로 포함하는 공액 리놀레산 에스테르의 이성질체의 혼합물을 포함하는 생물학적으로 활성인 공액 리놀레산 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 t10,c12 옥타데카디엔산이 혼합되어 있는 식품을 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 식품이 사람 소비용인 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 식품이 동물 소비용으로 제조된 사료인 조성물.
- 리놀레산을 함유하는 씨앗 오일, 프로필렌 글리콜, 및 비수성 매질과 상용성이 있는 알칼리를 제공하는 단계,상기 씨앗 오일, 상기 프로필렌 글리콜, 및 비수성 매질과 상용성이 있는 상기 알칼리를 블렌딩하여 반응 혼합물을 형성시키는 단계,가열을 통해 상기 씨앗 오일에 함유되어 있는 리놀레산을 이성질화시켜 공액 리놀레산을 형성시키는 단계, 및수성화하여 글리세롤을 방출시키는 단계를 포함하는, 8,10 옥타데카디엔산, 11,13 옥타데카디엔산 및 트란스-트란스 옥타데카디엔산을 1% 미만으로 포함하는 공액 리놀레산의 제조 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 가열을 130 내지 165℃에서 2 내지 6.5 시간 동안 행하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 산성화하여 글리세롤을 방출시키는 단계, 진공 건조하여 물을 제거하는 단계, 및 분자 증류로 공액 리놀레산이 아닌 불순물을 제거하는 단계 및 탈취 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 가열을 130 내지 165℃에서 2 내지 6.5시간 동안 행하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 유리 지방산 공액 리놀레산을 리파제(lipase)로 처리하여 트리글리세라이드를 형성시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.

- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 사료 중의 공액 리놀레산 알킬에스테르의 농도가 0.05 내지 3.5 중량%인 동물 사료.
