Claims (4)
- 정사각형의 단면을 가지는 사각형의 강관을 포함하고, 다음의 (1) 내지 (3)의 관계식을 동시에 만족하며, 인장 강도가 690 Mpa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 강도 부재.R1 ≤ 1.5t ... (1)tR ≥ 1.1t ... (2)R1 ≥ R2 ... (3)(여기서, t는 변의 두께(mm), tR은 모서리의 두께(mm), R1은 외측 모서리의 반경(mm)이고, R2는 내측 모서리의 반경(mm)임.)
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 사각형 강관의 단면에서 경도(硬度)의 최대값과 최소값 모두가 단면 전체 평균값의 ±30% 이내 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 강도 부재.
- 정사각형 단면을 가지며 다음 (4)와 (5)의 관계식을 동시에 만족하는 사각관으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 강도 부재.0.50 ≤t1/t2 ≤0.95 ... (4)R1 ≤ 1.5t2 ... (5)(여기서, t1은 마주보는 한 쌍의 변의 두께(mm), t2는 마주보는 다른 한 쌍의 변의 두께(mm), R1은 외측 모서리의 반경(mm)임.)
- 제3항에 따른 자동차용 강도 부재인 정사각형 단면의 사각관을 배치하되 두께 t2인 변들이 굽힘 입력 방향과 일치하도록 배치하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 구조 부재.
