Claims (7)
- 강판면(鋼板面)을 복수 세트(set)의 상하 롤러(roller)로 구속하면서 강판을 수평으로 반송하는 공정;상기 반송중의 강판을, 강판면의 상하방향으로부터 수냉(水冷)할 때, 상기 1세트당의 상하 롤러에 의한 상기 강판의 구속력을 하기의 (1) 및 (2)식으로 나타내어지는 P1(t) 이상 P2(t) 미만이 되도록 조정하면서 강판을 수냉하는 공정;상기 강판의 구속력을 조정하기 위하여 상기 강판의 구속력이 P2(t) 이상으로 된 때에는, 상기 복수 세트의 상하 롤러를 P2(t) 미만의 힘으로 가압하면서 상기 강판의 캠버(camber)를 따라 상하이동시키는 공정;을 포함하는 강판의 냉각방법.P1(t) = 6.85×10-7S3L0.65 … (1)P2(t) = 1.2×10-6S3L0.65 … (2)(여기에서, L(mm) : 서로 이웃하는 상하 롤러 세트간의 거리, S(mm) : 강판의 두께)
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,복수 세트의 상하 롤러의 상하이동량이 소정의 한계값을 초과하면, 상기 상하 롤러를 개방하고, 강판의 구속력을 제로(zero)로 하는 공정을 더 포함하는 강판의 냉각방법.
- 반송중의 강판을 구속하기 위한 복수 세트의 상하 롤러와;상기 반송중의 강판을, 강판면의 상하방향으로부터 수냉하는 수단과;상기 강판을 구속하는 구속력을 조정하기 위하여 상기 복수 세트의 상하 롤러를 상하이동시키는 수단;상하 롤러의 이동량이 소정값을 초과한 때에, 상기 상하 롤러의 개도(開度)를 넓혀서 강판의 구속력을 제로로 하는 수단;을 포함하는 강판의 냉각장치.
- 삭제
- 강 슬래브(steel slab)를, 강판으로 압연하는 공정과;상기 강판을, 교정하는 공정과;상기 교정후의 강판을, 제1항 또는 제3항의 냉각방법으로 냉각하는 공정과;상기 냉각후의 강판을, 교정하는 공정;을 포함하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 냉각하는 공정에서, 강판 상면(上面)과 강판 하면(下面)을 각각 단위면적당 2m3/min 이상의 수량(水量)으로 냉각하는 강판의 제조방법.
