Abstract
本发明公开了一种自动感应输送的切割机床,包括机床主体,所述机床主体一端的上表面设有对称分布的输送辊,所述输送辊底部设有螺纹卡盘,所述螺纹卡盘底部的中心处通过第一转轴与第一电机连接,且螺纹卡盘底部设有固定滑槽,所述输送辊底部均设有第二转轴,所述第二转轴穿过螺纹卡盘与固定滑槽活动连接,所述其中一第二转轴底部设有第二电机,利用螺纹卡盘的旋转巧妙带动输送辊距离的调整,满足不同大小物品的输送,大大增加了该机床的适用性,输送辊上压力感应器的设计,使输送辊在进行固定时,能够保证固定的稳定性,大大增加输送效率和效果,该设计操作简单,综合实用性强,易于推广使用。

本发明涉及一种切割机床,具体涉及一种自动感应输送的切割机床。
背景技术:
机床(英文名称:machine tool)是指制造机器的机器,亦称工作母机或工具机,习惯上简称机床。一般分为金属切削机床、锻压机床和木工机床等。现代机械制造中加工机械零件的方法很多:除切削加工外,还有铸造、锻造、焊接、冲压、挤压等,但凡属精度要求较高和表面粗糙度要求较细的零件,一般都需在机床上用切削的方法进行最终加工。机床在国民经济现代化的建设中起着重大作用。
现有的一些切割机床中,在进行输送方面,虽然有些装置能实现不同大小物品的切割输送,但是大多数装置的成本较高。
发明内容:
现有技术难以满足人们的需要,为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明提出了一种自动感应输送的切割机床。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种自动感应输送的切割机床,包括机床主体,其特征在于:所述机床主体一端的上表面设有对称分布的输送辊,所述输送辊底部设有螺纹卡盘,所述螺纹卡盘底部的中心处通过第一转轴与第一电机连接,且螺纹卡盘底部设有固定滑槽,所述输送辊底部均设有第二转轴,所述第二转轴穿过螺纹卡盘与固定滑槽活动连接,所述其中一第二转轴底部设有第二电机,所述机床主体的另一端设有切割装置。
优选的,所述输送辊上均设有橡胶层,所述橡胶层内部设有压力感应器,所述压力感应器与第一电机和第二电机电性连接。
优选的,所述第二电机与固定滑槽活动连接,所述固定滑槽与机床主体内部两侧壁固定。
优选的,所述螺纹卡盘内设有螺旋状的螺纹槽,所述第二转轴与卡槽连接处剖面为“T”形,第二转轴与螺纹槽活动连接。
进一步的,所述第二转轴与螺纹槽之间设有专用润滑油。
更进一步的,所述专用润滑油由以下组分原料制成,润滑油基础油40-50份、橄榄油2-7份、肌醇六磷酸2-3份、六甲氧甲基三聚氰胺树脂13-17份、石墨2-4份、硬脂酸锌0.5-1份、硫代酚酯型抗氧剂1-2份、二硫化钼1-3份、蜂蜡2-4份、乙醇3-7份、丙醇、亚微米铜粉8-10份、表面活性剂5-15份。
更进一步的,其制备方法为:在润滑油基础油和橄榄油混合物中依次加入亚微米铜粉、肌醇六磷酸六甲氧甲基三聚氰胺树脂、石墨、硬脂酸锌、二硫化钼、蜂蜡、乙醇、丙醇,然后加热到150℃,使其加固体溶解,再依次加入表面活性剂和硫代酚酯型抗氧剂,经过加热160℃-300℃后快速冷却到30℃,就得到专用润滑油。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该自动感应输送的切割机床,利用螺纹卡盘的旋转巧妙带动输送辊距离的调整,满足不同大小物品的输送,大大降低了整体的成本,增加了该机床的适用性,输送辊上压力感应器的设计,使输送辊在进行固定时,能够保证固定的稳定性,大大增加输送效率和效果,而第二转轴与螺纹槽之间设有专用润滑油,大大增加了二者之间的润滑性,使螺纹卡盘的旋转更加精确,而且该专用润滑油具有良好的抗氧化性、抗震性和润滑性。该设计操作简单,综合实用性强,易于推广使用。

实施例1,请参阅图1-3,一种自动感应输送的切割机床,包括机床主体1,所述机床主体1一端的上表面设有对称分布的输送辊2,所述输送辊2底部设有螺纹卡盘3,所述螺纹卡盘3底部的中心处通过第一转轴6与第一电机5连接,且螺纹卡盘3底部设有固定滑槽8,所述输送辊2底部均设有第二转轴9,所述第二转轴9穿过螺纹卡盘3与固定滑槽8活动连接,所述其中一第二转轴9底部设有第二电机10,所述机床主体1的另一端设有切割装置4。
所述输送辊2上均设有橡胶层7,所述橡胶层7内部设有压力感应器11,所述压力感应器11与第一电机5和第二电机10电性连接。
所述第二电机10与固定滑槽8活动连接,所述固定滑槽8与机床主体1内部两侧壁固定。
所述螺纹卡盘3内设有卡槽12,所述第二转轴9剖面为“T”形,第二转轴9与卡槽12活动连接。
所述第二转轴9与卡槽12之间设有专用润滑油。
所述专用润滑油由以下组分原料制成,润滑油基础油40-50份、橄榄油2-7份、肌醇六磷酸2-3份、六甲氧甲基三聚氰胺树脂13-17份、石墨2-4份、硬脂酸锌0.5-1份、硫代酚酯型抗氧剂1-2份、二硫化钼1-3份、蜂蜡2-4份、乙醇3-7份、丙醇、亚微米铜粉8-10份、表面活性剂5-15份。
其制备方法为:在润滑油基础油和橄榄油混合物中依次加入亚微米铜粉、肌醇六磷酸六甲氧甲基三聚氰胺树脂、石墨、硬脂酸锌、二硫化钼、蜂蜡、乙醇、丙醇,然后加热到150℃,使其加固体溶解,再依次加入表面活性剂和硫代酚酯型抗氧剂,经过加热160℃-300℃后快速冷却到30℃,就得到专用润滑油。

本发明用于自动感应输送的切割机床,在使用时,将被切割物品放置在输送辊2之间,然后启动第一电机5,使输送辊2相互靠近,当压力感应器11的值达到设定值时,停止第一电机5,同时启动第二电机10,对物品进行自动输送。
