Claims (8)
- 다이렉트(Direct) 혹은 원스텝 권취방법으로 제조된 탄성사 권사체로서,최내층 부위;상기 최내층 부위와 연결된 트랜스퍼 테일; 및상기 트랜스퍼 테일의 다른 끝단과 연결된 정상 물성을 갖는 정상 권취부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성사 권사체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성사 권사체가만권 권사체의 최외층에 형성된 미들 번취(Middle Bunch)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성사 권사체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성사가 폴리에테르계 탄성사, 폴리에스테르계 탄성사 또는 폴리아미드계 탄성사인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성사 권사체.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 탄성사가 폴리에테르계 우레탄 우레아 탄성사인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성사 권사체.
- 하기 단계들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성사 권사체의 제조방법:정상 권량으로 권취된 만권과 공지관을 장착한 보빈 홀더(Bobbin Holder)를 자동으로 서로의 위치를 바꾸면서 오토 체인지하는 제 1 단계;오토 체인지 이후 초기 단시간 동안 공지관 위에 탄성사를 권취하는 제 2 단계;탄성사를 감아서 트랜스퍼 테일을 형성하는 제 3 단계 ; 및트랜스퍼 테일이 형성된 권사체 위에 정상 권취속도로 다시 탄성사를 귄취하는 제 4 단계.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 단계가 약 10초 이내의 시간 동안 공지관 위에 탄성사를 권취하는 과정인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성사 권사체의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 단계가 와인더 측면에 별도로 장착된 트랜스퍼 테일 형성용 파티션 보드 (Partition Board)를 순간적으로 탈착 및 분리된 프릭션 로울러와 10초 이내로 권취 중이던 권사체 사이로 삽입하여, 탄성사를 파티션 보드 상단 홈에 가볍게 고정한 상태로 와인더 전면 방향으로 지관의 앞쪽 끝단 혹은 슬릿 홈 위치까지 이동시켜 트랜스퍼 테일을 형성하는 단계임을 특징으로 하는 탄성사 권사체의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 권사체의 선별 과정에서 트랜스퍼 테일과 최내층 사이의 실을 절단하여, 최내층과 트랜스퍼 테일 이후 정상 권취부를 분리하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성사 권사체의 제조방법.
