Claims (8)
- 수성 가스 이동 반응(water gas shift reaction)에 따른 수소 농후 가스(hydrogen rich gas) 중의 일산화탄소(CO)를 제거하기 위한 촉매로서,상기 촉매는 루타일 티타니아 지지체(support) 상에 촉매 금속으로서 담지된 백금 및 레늄을 포함하며,상기 담지된 백금 대 상기 담지된 레늄의 중량비가 3:1∼1:1 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 담지된 백금의 양이 상기 촉매의 중량에 대해 0.05∼3% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 담지된 레늄의 양이 상기 촉매의 중량에 대해 0.01∼10% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 삭제
- 제1항의 촉매를 이용하여 수성 가스 이동 반응에 따른 수소 농후 가스 중의 일산화탄소(CO)를 제거하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,250℃ 내지 300℃의 온도에서 상기 수소 농후 가스로부터 일산화탄소를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 수성 가스 이동 반응에 따른 상기 촉매의 CO 전환율이, 250℃의 반응 온도에서 측정할 때, 담지된 백금의 단위 중량당 처리되는 수소 농후 가스의 양이 5000 내지 5500[cc/(minㆍg(Pt)]의 범위인 경우에, 12%의 일산화탄소를 함유하는 수소 농후 가스와 물을 혼합하되, H2O/CO의 비가 4.3이 되도록 혼합함으로써 얻어지는 혼합 가스에 대해, 60% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 수성 가스 이동 반응용 촉매를 사용하여 일산화탄소를 함유한 수소 농후 가스를 처리하는 장치로서,루타일 티타니아 지지체 상에 촉매 금속으로서 담지된 백금 및 레늄을 포함하는 촉매;상기 촉매가 수용되는 촉매실을 구비한 반응 용기;상기 촉매실 내에 상기 수소 농후 가스를 공급하기 위한 가스 유동 채널(gas flow channel);상기 촉매를 가열하기 위한 히터; 및상기 촉매와 상기 촉매실 내의 수소 농후 가스간의 상기 수성 가스 이동 반응에 의해 얻어진, 상기 수소 농후 가스보다 높은 수소 농도를 가진 가스를 제공하기 위한 가스 출구를 포함하는 수소 농후 가스의 처리 장치.
