Claims (7)
- 밸브부(21)와 1개 또는 2개의 솔레노이드부(22)를 갖는 복수의 전자밸브(2,2A), 이들 전자밸브(2,2A)를 탑재한 매니폴드베이스(3), 상기 전자밸브(2,2A)에 급전하기 위한 전기회로가 조립된 기판(4)을 구비한 기판탑재형 매니폴드밸브에 있어서,상기 매니폴드베이스(3)가, 그 상면으로부터 상방으로 튀어나와 상기 매니폴드베이스(3)의 길이방향으로 연장되는 탑재대부(5)와, 상기 탑재대부(5)의 상면(5a)에 상기 탑재대부(5)의 길이방향으로 병설된 복수의 탑재영역(5b)과, 각 탑재영역(5b)에 형성된 1개 또는 2개의 부착부(5c)와, 각 부착부(5c)에 형성된 복수의 개구(31a,32a,33a)와, 상기 개구(31a,32a,33a)를 통해 상기 전자밸브(2,2A)의 포트(P,A,R)와 연통하는 유체통로(31,32,33)를 가지며, 상기 탑재대부(5)의 높이는 상기 기판(4)의 두께보다 크게 형성되어 있고,상기 기판(4)은, 그 중앙부에 길이방향으로 연장되는 개구부(4a)를 가지고 있고, 이 개구부(4a)내에 상기 탑재대부(5)를 끼워맞춤과 아울러, 상기 탑재대부(5)를 기판(4)상으로 돌출시킨 상태로 상기 매니폴드베이스(3) 상에 부착되어 있고,상기 탑재대부(5)에 있어서의 각 탑재영역(5b)의 상기 부착부(5c)에는, 상기 전자밸브(2,2A)가 솔레노이드부(22)를 상기 탑재대부(5)로부터 상기 기판(4)상에 연장시킨 상태로 부착되고, 급전커넥터(42)를 통해 상기 기판(4)의 전기회로에 전기적으로 접속되어 있으며,상기 매니폴드베이스(3)의 한쪽의 측면에는, 각 전자밸브(2,2A)의 출력포트(P,A,R)에 연통하는 출력구(34,34)가 병설되고,상기 기판(4)이, 상기 전기회로를 통해 상기 각 급전커넥터(42)와 접속되어 있는 일괄배선용 커넥터(41)를 가지며, 상기 일괄배선용 커넥터(41)가, 상기 기판(4)의 좌우의 연장부(4b,4b) 중 상기 출력구(34,34)가 형성되어 있는 측과는 반대측의 연장부(4b)에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판탑재형 매니폴드밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자밸브(2)가, 1개의 솔레노이드부(22)를 갖는 싱글솔레노이드형 전자밸브(2)이며, 또, 상기 매니폴드베이스(3)에 있어서의 상기 탑재대부(5)의 각 탑재영역(5b)이 상기 탑재대부(5)의 폭방향 한쪽 절반부측과 다른쪽 절반부측에 위치해서 서로 마주보는 2개의 부착부(5c,5c)를 가지고 있고, 이들 부착부(5c,5c)에 한쌍의 상기 전자밸브(2,2)가 서로 마주보는 상태로 근접해서 부착되며, 각 전자밸브(2,2)의 솔레노이드부(22,22)가 상기 탑재대부(5)로부터 서로 역방향으로 연장해서 상기 기판(4)을 덮고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판탑재형 매니폴드밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자밸브(2A)가, 밸브부(21)의 양측에 2개의 솔레노이드부(22,22)를 갖는 더블솔레노이드형 전자밸브이며, 또, 상기 매니폴드베이스(3)에 있어서의 상기 탑재대부(5)의 각 탑재영역(5b)이 각각 1개의 부착부(5c)를 가지고 있으며, 이 부착부(5c)에 상기 전자밸브(2A)가 2개의 솔레노이드부(22,22)를 상기 탑재대부(5)로부터 서로 역방향으로 연장시킨 상태로 부착되며, 각 솔레노이드부(22,22)가 상기 기판(4)을 덮고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판탑재형 매니폴드밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기판(4)이, 상기 매니폴드베이스(3)의 좌우 양측면방향으로 연장되는 연장부(4b,4b)를 가지고 있고, 이들 연장부(4b,4b)상의 각 전자밸브(2,2A)에 대응하는 위치에 상기 급전커넥터(42)가 부착되어 있으며, 또, 상기 전자밸브(2,2A)의 솔레노이드부(22)는 상기 기판(4)의 연장부(4b,4b)상까지 연장되어 있고, 상기 기판(4)과의 사이에 간극을 유지한 상태로 상기 기판(4)의 상면을 덮고 있으며, 상기 솔레노이드부(22)에, 상기 급전커넥터(42)와 접속되는 수전단자(45)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판탑재형 매니폴드밸브.
