Claims (9)
- 알릴에테르계 단량체를 필수성분으로 하는 단량체성분을 중합하는 알릴에테르계 중합체의 제조방법으로서, 상기 알릴에테르계 단량체는 하기 일반식(1)으로 나타내는 알릴에테르계 단량체이고, 또한, 상기 단량체성분으로서 하기 일반식(2)으로 나타내는 화합물의 함유량이 500 ppm 이하인 것을 사용하는, 알릴에테르계 중합체의 제조방법.일반식(1):<단, 식중 p는 1~4의 정수를 나타내고, q 및 r은 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1~100의 정수를 나타내며, R2 및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 2~4의 알킬렌기를 나타내고, Y 및 Z는 각각 독립적으로 수산기, 탄소수 1~4의 알콕실기, 1가의 인산기(단, 1가금속, 2가금속, 암모늄기 또는 유기아민기의 염 또는 탄소수 1~4의 알킬기의 모노 또는 디에스테르를 포함한다) 또는 1가의 술폰산기(단, 1가금속, 2가금속, 암모늄염 또는 유기아민기의 염 또는 탄소수 1~4의 알킬기의 에스테르를 포함한다)를 나타내던가, 또는, Y와 Z는 서로 결합하고 있어, 그들 전체로서 2가의 인산기 또는 2가의 술폰산기를 나타낸다>일반식(2):(단, R4는 탄소수 2~4의 알킬렌기이고, R5는 탄소수 1~5의 알킬기이며, X는 할로겐을 나타낸다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(2)으로 나타내어지는 화합물이, 상기 알릴에테르계 단량체를 제조할 때의 원료에 포함되어 있던 것인, 알릴에테르계 중합체의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단량체성분이, 상기 알릴에테르계 단량체(Ⅰ) 1.0~95.0중량%, (메타)아크릴산계 단량체(Ⅱ) 99.0~5.0중량% 및 이들 단량체와 공중합 가능한, 그 밖의 단량체(Ⅲ) 0~70중량%로 된 단량체성분인, 알릴에테르계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단량체성분이, 상기 알릴에테르계 단량체(Ⅰ) 1.0~95.0중량%, (메타)아크릴산계 단량체(Ⅱ) 99.0~5.0중량% 및 이들 단량체와 공중합 가능한, 그 밖의 단량체(Ⅲ) 0~70중량%로 된 단량체성분인, 알릴에테르계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는, 하기 일반식(3)으로 나타내어지는 알릴에테르계 단량체 유래의 구조단위를, 중합체중에 0.5~80몰% 갖는 동시에,일반식(3):<단, 식중 p는 1~4의 정수를 나타내고, q 및 r은 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1~100의 정수를 나타내며, R2 및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 2~4의 알킬렌기를 나타내고, Y 및 Z는 각각 독립적으로 수산기, 탄소수 1~4의 알콕실기, 1가의 인산기(단, 1가금속, 2가금속, 암모늄기 또는 유기아민기의 염 또는 탄소수 1~4의 알킬기의 모노 또는 디에스테르를 포함한다) 또는 1가의 술폰산기(단, 1가금속, 2가금속, 암모늄 염 또는 유기아민기의 염 또는 탄소수 1~4의 알킬기의 에스테르를 포함한다)를 나타내던가, 또는, Y와 Z는 서로 결합하고 있어, 그들 전체로서 2가의 인산기 또는 2가의 술폰산기를 나타낸다>하기 일반식(4)으로 나타내는 (메타)아크릴산계 단량체 유래의 구조단위를 중합체중에 20~99.5몰% 갖고 있는 중합체로서,일반식(4):(단, 상기 식중 R1은, 탄소수 1~12의 알킬기, 지환식 알킬기이고, M은 금속염이다)일반식(2):(단, R4는 탄소수 2~4의 알킬렌기이고, R5는 탄소수 1~5의 알킬기이며, X는 할로겐을 나타낸다)으로 나타내어지는 화합물의 함유량이, 500 ppm 이하인, 알릴에테르계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알릴에테르계 중합체가 수계 첨가제에 함유되는 것인, 알릴에테르계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수계 첨가제가 스케일 방지제인, 알릴에테르계 중합체의 제조방법.
