- 밀가루를 혼합하여 제조하는 냉면, 밀면에 있어서,냉면이나 밀면의 전체 배합 중량에 대하여, 38∼42중량%의 밀 가루분말, 2∼4중량%의 콩 가루분말, 칼슘과 단백질은 물론 키틴질을 함유한 28∼32중량%의 홍게 가루분말, 3∼7중량%의 새우 껍질의 가루분말, 2∼4중량%의 갈분 가루분말, 2∼4중량%의 생양파 가루분말, 2∼4중량%의 생파 가루분말, 4∼8중량%의 홍게장 가루분말, 2∼4중량%의 소다 및, 2∼4중량%의 육수물로 배합 구성함을 특징으로 하는 홍게를 이용한 기능성 면류.
