Claims (5)
- 폴리이미드 수지와, 3개 또는 4개의 알킬사슬을 가진 암모늄염으로 개질된 친유기 층상 실리케이트가 균일하게 분산되어, 헤이즈(haze)[ASTM D 1003]가 0.1 ∼ 5 %인 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 나노복합필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 나노복합필름은 폴리이미드 수지 75.0 ∼ 99.9 중량%와, 나노 무기 층상 실리케이트 0.1 ∼ 25 중량%가 포함되어 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 나노복합필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 친유기 층상 실리케이트는 몬모릴로나이트, 스멕타이트, 카올리나이트, 마가다이트, 케냐이트, 헥토라이트 및 버미큘라이트 중에서 선택되어 유기화 처리된 층상 실리케이트인 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 나노복합필름.
- 유기용매에 폴리아믹산 또는 이의 전구체와 나노 크기의 무기 층상 실리케이트가 분산된 나노복합용액을 제조하는 과정과,상기 나노복합용액을 기재(Substrate)의 단면에 용액 캐스팅한 후, 건조 및 열처리하여 폴리이미드계 나노복합필름을 형성하는 과정이포함되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 나노복합필름의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 나노복합용액에 유기산 무수물 및 유기아민 유도체 중에서 선택된 이미드화 촉매를 첨가하여 화학적 이미드화, 또는 진공에서 250 ∼ 400 ℃의 고온에서 가열하여 열적 이미드화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 나노복합필름의 제조방법.
