Claims (3)
- 중량%로 C : 0.0020~0.0050%, Mn : 0.5~3.0%,P : 0.05% 이하, Si : 0.1~0.2% , Mo : 0.1~0.4%, Cr, Ni, V, Zr의 그룹에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상: 0.1% 이하, 나머지 Fe와 불가피하게 함유되는 불순물로 조성되는 성형성이 우수한 비시효 소부경화형 35Kg/㎟급 냉연강판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 냉연강판은 소성이방성계수(r값)가 1.8이상임을 특징으로 하는 성형성이 우수한 비시효 소부경화형 35Kg/㎟급 냉연강판.
- 중량%로 C : 0.0020~0.0050%, Mn : 0.5~3.0%,P : 0.05% 이하, Si : 0.1~0.2% , Mo : 0.1~0.4%, Cr, Ni, V, Zr의 그룹에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상: 0.1% 이하, 나머지 Fe와 불가피하게 함유되는 불순물로 조성되는 알루미늄 킬드강을 1200∼1250℃의 온도범위에서 균질화처리후, 마무리압연온도 Ar3이상의 조건으로 열간압연하여 권취한 다음, 냉간압연하고, 800℃ 이상에서 소둔하여 30℃/초 이상의 속도로 냉각한 후 조질압연하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 성형성이 우수한 비시효 소부경화형 35Kg/㎟급 냉연강판의 제조방법.
