Claims (24)
- (a) 다량의 윤활유; (b) (i) 모노-알킬 포스파이트와 디-알킬 포스파이트의 혼합물(이때, 알킬 기는 티오에테르 결합을 함유한다) 및 (ii) 인 에스테르, 인계 산 또는 이들의 혼합물과 반응된 무회 분산제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된, 유용성 인 화합물; (c) 무회 분산제; 및 (d) 하기 화학식 I의 아민을 포함하는 동력 전달 유체 조성물:화학식 IR-NH2상기 식에서,R은 약 C8 내지 C30 알킬이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,아민-함유 마찰 개질제를 추가로 포함하는 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,화학식 I의 아민이 데실 아민, 이소-데실 아민, 도데실 아민, 테트라데실아민, 옥타데실 아민, 에이코실아민, 올레일 아민, 코코아 아민, 콩 아민, 탈로우 아민, 수소화된 탈로우 아민, 스테아릴 아민 또는 이소-스테아릴 아민인 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,화학식 I의 아민에서 R이 약 C10 내지 C18 알킬인 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,아민-함유 마찰 개질제가 테트라에틸렌 펜타아민의 디-(이소-스테아릴 아미드), 디에틸렌 트리아민의 디-(이소-옥타데세닐 숙신이미드) 및 N,N-비스(2-하이드록시에틸)-헥사데실옥시프로필아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물인 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,동력 전달 유체가 자동 동력 전달 유체, 유압 유체, 고강도 유압 유체(heavy duty hydraulic fluid), 공업용 오일, 파워 스티어링(power steering) 유체, 펌프 오일, 트랙터 유체 및 범용 트랙터 유체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,윤활유가 합성 오일, 또는 합성 광유와 천연 광유의 혼합물인 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,점도 향상제, 부식 억제제, 분산제, 소포제, 청정제, 내마모제, 유동점 강하제 및 밀봉부 팽윤제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 추가의 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,윤활유가 100℃에서 약 1 내지 100 mm2/s의 동점도를 갖는 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
- (a) 다량의 윤활유; (b) (i) 모노-알킬 포스파이트와 디-알킬 포스파이트의 혼합물(이때, 알킬 기는 티오에테르 결합을 함유한다) 및 (ii) 인 에스테르, 인계 산 또는 이들의 혼합물과 반응된 무회 분산제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된, 유용성 인 화합물; 및 (c) 하기 화학식 I의 아민을 첨가함으로써 형성된 생성물을 포함하는 동력 전달 유체 조성물:화학식 IR-NH2상기 식에서,R은 약 C8 내지 C30 알킬이다.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,아민-함유 마찰 개질제를 추가로 포함하는 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,화학식 I의 아민이 데실 아민, 이소-데실 아민, 도데실 아민, 테트라데실아민, 옥타데실 아민, 에이코실아민, 올레일 아민, 코코아 아민, 콩 아민, 탈로우 아민, 수소화된 탈로우 아민, 스테아릴 아민 또는 이소-스테아릴 아민인 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,화학식 I의 아민에서 R이 약 C10 내지 C18 알킬인 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,아민-함유 마찰 개질제가 테트라에틸렌 펜타아민의 디-(이소-스테아릴 아미드), 디에틸렌 트리아민의 디-(이소-옥타데세닐 숙신이미드) 및 N,N-비스(2-하이드록시에틸)-헥사데실옥시프로필아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물인 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,윤활유가 합성 오일, 또는 합성 광유와 천연 광유의 혼합물인 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,점도 향상제, 부식 억제제, 분산제, 소포제, 청정제, 내마모제, 유동점 강하제 및 밀봉부 팽윤제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 추가의 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,동력 전달 유체가 자동 동력 전달 유체, 유압 유체, 고강도 유압 유체, 공업용 오일, 파워 스티어링 유체, 펌프 오일, 트랙터 유체 및 범용 트랙터 유체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,윤활유가 100℃에서 약 1 내지 100 mm2/s의 동점도를 갖는 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
- 초기 충전(initial fill) 과정에서 (a) 다량의 윤활유; (b) (i) 모노-알킬 포스파이트와 디-알킬 포스파이트의 혼합물(이때, 알킬 기는 티오에테르 결합을 함유한다) 및 (ii) 인 에스테르, 인계 산 또는 이들의 혼합물과 반응된 무회 분산제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된, 유용성 인 화합물; (c) 무회 분산제; 및 (d) 하기 화학식 I의 아민을 포함하는 동력 전달 유체 조성물을 동력 전달 장치에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는, 동력 전달시 그린 셔더(green shudder)를 제거하거나 실질적으로 감소시키기 위한 방법:화학식 IR-NH2상기 식에서,R은 약 C8 내지 C30 알킬이다.

- 제 10 항에 있어서,티오에테르 결합이 3-티오-헵틸, 3-티오-노닐, 3-티오-운데실, 3-티오-트리데실, 5-티오-헥사데실 및 8-티오-옥타데실로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 동력 전달 유체 조성물.
