Claims (11)
- 전기적으로 제어 가능한 하나 이상의 코일(15)과, 코일코어(16)와, 움직일 수 있도록 안내된 아마츄어(17)로 구성된 자기부품(12)과; 입구(36, 36a)와, 귀환부(37)와, 컨슈머 채널(38, 38a)과, 상기 아마츄어(17)와 협동하는 밸브소자(34, 35, 35a)로 구성된 밸브부품(11, 11a)을 갖는 전자기 압력조절밸브(10, 10a)에 있어서,상기 밸브부품(11, 11a)은 폐쇄부재(34)와 함께 제 1 시트밸브(45)를 형성하며, 상기 아마츄어(17)와 상기 폐쇄부재(34)사이에 연결된 작동부재(35, 35a)를 가지며,상기 작동부재(35, 35a)는 상기 밸브부품(11, 11a)의 제어구(42, 42a)를 관통하며, 상기 제어구(42)와 협동하여 제 2 시트밸브(49)를 형성하는 콘트롤 엣지(50)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 압력조절밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 시트밸브(45)의 유압 작용 압력면(A1)의 면적은 상기 제 2 시트밸브(49)의 유압 작용 압력면(A2)의 면적과 0.3보다 낮은 비율을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 압력조절밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 자기부품(12)은 적어도 부분적으로 상기 코일코어(16)내 삽입된 아마츄어(17)의 형태로 플런저 단을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 압력조절밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 작동부재(35, 35a)는 샤프트(46, 46a)와 상기 태핏(47, 47a)을 가지며,상기 작동부재(35, 35a)의 상기 콘트롤 엣지(50)는 상기 샤프트(46, 46a)로부터 상기 태핏(47, 47a)으로의 전환점에 형성되며,상기 콘트롤엣지(50)는 상기 제 2 시트밸브(49)의 개방된 단부위치에서 스로틀작용을 하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 압력조절밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 작동부재(35, 35a)는 상기 압력조절밸브(10)의 조절위치에서 그 시트로부터 상기 폐쇄부재(34)를 상승시키며,상기 작동부재(35, 35a)의 상기 콘트롤 엣지(50)는 상기 조절위치에서 상기 입구(36, 36a)로부터 상기 귀환부(45)로 흐르는 압력매질유동을 스로틀링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 압력조절밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 시트밸브(45)는 상기 밸브부품(11, 11a)의 상기 입구(36, 36a)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 압력조절밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 컨슈머 채널(38)은 상기 밸브부품(11)의 정면측 단부상에 배치되며, 상기 입구(36)로의 바이패스(52)를 거쳐 상기 귀환부(37)와 연결되며,상기 바이패스(52)는 압력매질의 유동방향으로 볼 때 상기 콘트롤 엣지(50) 앞의 영역에서 상기 제어구(42)내로 통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 압력조절밸브.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 입구(36)와 상기 귀환부(37)는 상기 제어구(42)로부터 측면으로 분기되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 압력조절밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 입구(36a)는 상기 밸브부품(11a)의 정면측 단부에 배치되며,상기 컨슈머 채널(38a)과 상기 귀환부(37)는 상기 제어구(42a)로 부터 측면으로 분기되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 압력조절밸브.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 입구(36a)와 상기 제어구(42a)는 횡방향 구멍(51a)내로 통하며, 상기 횡방향 구멍(51a)은 상기 컨슈머 채널(38a)로 이어지고,상기 횡방향 구멍(51a)내에는 콘솔(56)이 형성되며, 상기 콘솔은 압력매질이 사방에서 그 주위로 흐르며 작동부재(35a)용 가이드를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 압력조절밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄 부재(34)는 구형태로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 압력조절밸브.
