Claims (2)
- 직경이 0.003∼0.1mm인 유리섬유, 철, 구리, 스테인리스로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 금속 및 비금속의 선재를 80∼1100 kg/㎠으로 가압하여 성형한 후, 250∼700℃로 열처리하여 얻어진 모오스 경도가 1∼4이고, 공극율이 5∼48%인 진공환경에서 사용하는 발수 및 발유처리용 담체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 공극율이 5∼30%인 진공환경에서 사용하는 발수 및 발유처리용 담체.
