Claims (3)
- 외형을 이루며 후크걸이가 마련된 프레임(10)과, 상기 프레임(10)에 유리를 흡착하기 위해 장착된 흡착패드(20)와, 상기 흡착패드(20)와 진공라인(31)을 통해 연계되어 상기 흡착패드(20)에 진공압을 가하기 위한 흡입모터(32) 및 진공탱크(33)를 갖춘 유리 흡착장치에 있어서,상기 프레임(10)에는 유리의 탈착과정 시 압축공기를 상기 흡입패드(20)측으로 강제 공급하여 유리를 급속으로 탈착시키기 위한 압축공기 공급수단(40)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 급속탈착기능을 갖춘 유리 흡착장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 압축공기 공급수단(40)은,상기 프레임(10)에 탑재되며 외부공기를 흡입하여 압축 일시 저장하기 위한 압축기(41) 및 압축탱크(42)와,상기 압축탱크(42)의 출구측과 상기 진공라인(31)의 중도를 연결하는 에어라인(43)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 급속탈착기능을 갖춘 유리 흡착장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 압축공기 공급수단(40)은,상기 진공라인(31)의 중도에 배치되어 유리를 흡착하는 경우에는 상기 진공탱크(33)측과 흡착패드(20)측 진공라인(31)을 연통시키며, 유리를 탈착하는 경우에는 상기 에어라인(43)과 흡착패드(20)측 진공라인(31)을 연통시키는 3방향 밸브(44)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 급속탈착기능을 갖춘 유리 흡착장치.
