Claims (2)
- 단사 섬도가 0.1 내지 0.5den이고 단사 수가 70 이상인 난연성 폴리에스터 극세섬유의 제조방법에 있어서,인계 화합물 난연제를 중합공정에 첨가한 난연성 폴리에스터 중합물을 제조하고, 지연 냉각부 길이를 15㎜ 이하로 하고 냉각 공기 취출면과 필라멘트 사이의 거리를 2 내지 30mm로 하여 용융방사함을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리에스터 극세섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중합공정에 첨가되는 인계 화합물 난연제가 다음 화학식 1의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리에스터 극세섬유의 제조방법.화학식 1위의 화학식 1에 있어서,R1 및 R2는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 2 내지 4의 ω-하이드록시 그룹을 갖는 동일하거나 상이한 라디칼이고, p는 1 내지 5의 정수이다.
