Claims (17)
- 하나 이상의 페인트 관련 설비에서 페인트 관련 특성을 나타내는 페인트 관련 처리 단계를 조정하기 위한 컴퓨터 구현 장치에 있어서,페인트 관련 특성을 나타내는 페인트 특성 데이터를 획득하기 위한 데이터 획득 모듈;상호관련된 페인트 처리 제어 데이터를 만들기 위하여 상기 페인트 특성 데이터를 상호관련시키기 위한 페인트 처리 데이터 구조;상기 획득된 페인트 특성 데이터를 상기 페인트 처리 제어 데이터 구조 내에 저장하기 위하여 상기 데이터 획득 모듈에 연결된 페인트 처리 제어 코오디네이터; 및상기 상호관련된 페인트 처리 제어 데이터를 원격수신하고 보기 위하여 상기 페인트 처리 제어 데이터 구조에 연결된 데이터 디스플레이를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하나 이상의 페인트 관련 설비에서 페인트 관련 특성을 나타내는 페인트 관련 처리 단계를 조정하기 위한 컴퓨터 구현 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 처리 제어 데이터 구조는 수지 제조 데이터 구조, 페인트 제조 데이터 구조, 페인트 응용 데이터 구조 및 이들의 결합으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 구현 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 처리 제어 데이터 구조는 장치 모듈 데이터 구조, 처리 모듈 데이터 구조, 소재 데이터 구조, 품질 전향 데이터 구조, 품질 후향 데이터 구조, 사람 데이터 구조, 경제성 데이터 구조, 협정 데이터 구조 및 이들의 결합으로부터 선택된 두 개 이상의 데이터 구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 구현 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 처리 제어 데이터 구조는 수지 제조 데이터 구조, 페인트 제조 데이터 구조, 페인트 응용 데이터 구조, 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 구현 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 처리 제어 데이터 구조는 장치 모듈 데이터 구조, 처리 모듈 데이터 구조, 소재 데이터 구조, 품질 전향 데이터 구조, 품질 후향 데이터 구조, 사람 데이터 구조, 경제성 데이터 구조, 협정 데이터 구조 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 데이터 구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 구현 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 페인트 관련 처리 과정은 복수의 페인트 관련 설비에서 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 구현 장치.
- 제 1 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 페인트 관련 처리 단계는 복수의 페인트 관련 설비에서 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 구현 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 페인트 특성 데이터는 페인트 관련 처리 단계와 관련된 경제성 데이터도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 구현 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,분사되면 분사된 페인트의 특성을 나타내는 페인트를 분사하기 위한 페인트 분사 장치;상기 분사된 페인트 특성의 분석을 근거로 분사된 페인트 특성 데이터 베이스를 생성하기 위한 페인트 분석 장치를 더욱 구비하며,상기 페인트 처리 제어 데이터 구조가 상기 분사된 페인트 특성 데이터를 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 구현 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 페인트 분사 장치를 작동하기 위한 작동 파라미터를 결정하기 위한 페인트 시뮬레이터를 더욱 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 구현 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 페인트 시뮬레이터는 하나 이상의 분사된 페인트 특성과 관련되는 시험 모델의 디자인을 근거로 하는 작동 파라미터를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 구현 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 페인트 분사 장치의 작동 파라미터의 허용 가능한 범위를 강제시키기 위하여 상기 페인트 시뮬레이터에 연결된 코옵티마이저를 더욱 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 구현 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,작동 파라미터의 허용 가능한 범위를 강제시키기 위하여 상기 코옵티마이저에 연결된 심플렉스 연산기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 구현 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상호관련된 페인트 처리 제어 데이터를 원격 수신하고 보기 위하여 상기 페인트 처리 제어 데이터에 연결된 복수의 데이터 디스플레이도 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 구현 장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 데이터 디스플레이에 대하여 상호관련된 상기 페인트 처리 제어 데이터를 원격 수신하고 보기 위하여 보안 승인을 제공하는 보안 데이터베이스를 더욱 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 구현 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 페인트 처리 데이터 구조는 자동차나 그 부품을 페인트하기 위한 데이터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 구현 장치.
- 제 16 항의 장치를 사용하여 페인트된 자동차나 그의 부품.
