Abstract

건축자재나 가구용 자재 및 일반구조물의 원자재로 사용할 수 있는 G.M.T(S.M.C)시이트와 P.I.R 폼을 이용한 판넬의 제조방법 및 그 물건에 관한 것으로, 외압에 약한 연질성의 P.I.R 폼으로 임의의 크기와 두께를 가지는 형상으로 형성하여, 그 외주면으로 외압에 강한 경질성의 G.M.T(S.M.C)시이트를 둘러 금형내에 내설하여 적절한 온도와 시간 및 압력으로 가열 가압하므로서 P.I.R 폼의 형상의 표면 전체에 G.M.T(S.M.C)시이트가 용융 접착되어 일체화로서 결합되는 제품을 얻을 수 있도록 한 것으로서 P.I.R 폼과 G.M.T(S.M.C)시이트의 장단점이 상호 보완되어 내구성과, 내습성, 방음성, 내부식성 및 내마모성을 양호하게 함과 단순 공정에 의하여 용이하게 제조하여 제조원가를 절감할 수 있도록 하며, 외관이 미려한 신제품을 얻을 수 있도록 한 것임.

Claims (3)

  1. P.I.R 폼으로 형성한 속판(1)의 외주면으로 G.M.T.(S·M·C)시이트를 둘러감아 외피(2)를 형성시켜 금형(5), (5a)내에 내장한 다음 130℃-170℃의 온도 30초/mm-240초/mm 시간동안 35KG/㎤-180KG/㎠의 압력으로 가열 가압하여 P.I.R 폼인 속판(1)의 외주면 전체에 G.M.T(S.M.C)시이트인 외피(2)가 용융 접착되어 일체화 되도록 함을 특징으로 한 G.M.C(S.M.C)시이트와 P.I.R 폼을 이용한 판넬의 제조방법.
  2. P.I.R 폼인 속판(1)의 외주면 전체에 G.M.T(S.M.C)시이트인 외피(2)를 용융 접착하여 속판(1)과 외피(2)가 일체화 되어서 된 G.M.C(S.M.C)시이트와 P.I.R 폼을 이용한 판넬.
