Abstract

본 발명은 문의 제조 방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조되는 문에 관한 것으로, 대량생산에 특히 용이한 문의 제조방법을 제공하고 있다.
본 발명에 의한 문의 제조 방법은, 목재로 문틀을 만들고, 상기 문틀의 양면에 문의 표면이 되는 시트를 접착하고, 상기 문의 시트의 내부에 우레탄 발포재와 목분의 혼합물을 넣고, 상기 문의 시트의 양면을 일정한 형상의 금형에 넣고, 소정 온도로 내부의 우레탄 발포제를 발포시키는 공정으로 구성된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 목재로 문틀을 만들고, 상기 문틀의 양면에 문의 표면이 되는 시트를 접착하고, 상기 문의 시트의 내부에 우레탄 발포재와 목분의 혼합물을 너호고, 상기 문의 시트의 양면을 일정한 형상의 금형 사이에 넣고 소정 온도로 내부의 우레탄 발포재를 발포시키는 공정으로 구성되는 문의 제조 방법.
  2. 목재로 문틀을 만들고, 상기 문틀의 양면에 문의 표면이 되는 시트를 접착하고, 상기 문의 시트의 내부에 우레탄 발포재와 목분의 혼합물을 너호고, 상기 문의 시트의 양면을 일정한 형상의 금형 사이에 넣고 소정 온도로 내부의 우레탄 발포재를 발포시키는 공정으로 생산되는 문.
