Claims (5)
- 전체적으로 단면이 'n'자 또는 'm' 형상의 스트립 형태를 갖는 스틸 빔 몸체와;상기한 스틸 빔 몸체 상면에 형성되며 (A) n-옥틸아크릴레이트를 적어도 10중량% 포함하는 탄소수 4이상의 알킬기를 갖는 (메타)아크릴산 알킬 에스테르 55∼98.9중량% (B) 초산비닐 1∼30중량% (C) 불포화 카르본산 0.1∼20중량%를 분자 내에 2중 결합을 갖는 음이온성 반응성 유화제 존재 하에 유화중합 하여 제조되는 유리전이온도가 -70℃∼-10℃이고 고형분 함량 45~75중량%, 점도 3000~4000cps/25℃, PH 6.8~8.2의 수성 아크릴 에멀젼으로 구성되는 감압접착층으로 구성되는 감압접착층 구비 패널 지지용 스틸 빔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 감압접착층의 상면에 감압접착층 보호용 이형지 또는 박리지가 부착되어 있는 감압접착층 구비 패널 지지용 스틸 빔.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 스틸 빔 몸체의 상면 중앙에 복수개의 고정부재 관통용 구멍이 형성되고, 상기한 감압접착층 및 감압접착층 보호용 이형지 또는 박리지의 상기한 구멍에 일치하는 개소에 복수개의 고정부재 관통용 개구가 형성되어 있는 감압접착층 구비 패널 지지용 스틸 빔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 스틸 빔 몸체의 상면 중앙에 복수개의 고정부재 관통용 구멍을 갖는 긴 요홈이 형성되어 있는 감압접착층 구비 패널 지지용 스틸 빔.
- 표면이 평탄하지 못한 건축물의 벽체 내측에 상기한 제1항에 따른 감압접착층 구비 패널 지지용 스틸 빔을 고정부재를 이용하여 일정한 간격으로 수직 또는 수평을 맞추어 고정 설치한 다음, 상기한 스틸 빔의 감압접착층 상면의 이형지 또는 박리지를 박리시켜 상기한 감압접착층을 노출시킨 후, 상기한 감압접착층에 마감재 또는 단열재를 접착시키는 것으로 구성되는 벽체 내부에 있어서의 마감재 또는 단열재의 시공방법.
