Claims (2)
- 다이안하이드라이드와 다이아민을 용매존재하에 반응시켜 폴리아믹산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 다이안하이드라이드를 건조시켜 반응기에 투입하고, 다이아민을 건조시켜 함수량이 조절된 용매에 용해시키고, 상기 용매에 용해시킨 다이아민 용액을 상기 반응기에 조절된 투입시간에 걸쳐 투입반응시킨 후 충분히 교반숙성시키는 것을 특징으로 한 점도가 균일한 폴리아믹산의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조절된 투입시간은 다이안하이드라이드와 다이아민의 반응 중간체인 모노아믹산 합성 반응속도식과 용매내 포함된 물과 다이안하이드라이드의 부반응속도식과 이들을 이용한 반응모사를 통해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 한 점도가 균질한 폴리아믹산의 제조방법.
