Claims (4)
- 그 후단부가 시린지의 내경보다 약간 작은 외경을 갖는 테이퍼형 선단부분과, 그 테이퍼형 선단부분의 후단부의 후방에 연속되고, 또한 시린지 내경과 대략 동일한 최대 외경을 그 후단부에서 가짐과 동시에, 그곳에서 개구되어 있는 통형상 동부(胴部)와, 그 통형상 동부의 개구 부근의 외주면 전체에 결합되어 상기 테이퍼형 선단부분 근처로 연장되고, 또한 상기 시린지의 내벽면에 대해 탄성적으로 밀착상태를 유지한 채로 슬라이딩 가능하게 형성된 플랜지 부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 디스펜서의 시린지용 플런저.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지 부재는, 시린지 내벽면의 둘레방향을 따른 상이한 내면 영역에 밀착되는 2개의 고리형상 곡면부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 디스펜서의 시린지용 플런저.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지 부재와 통형상 동부의 결합부 근방으로부터, 통형상 동부의 내측으로 통하는 가는 관로가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 디스펜서의 시린지용 플런저.
- 시린지에 충전된 접착제, 수지 등의 액체 재료를 압축에어로 눌러, 시린지 선단에 접속된 니들로부터 그 액체를 미량 토출시키는 액체 디스펜서에 있어서,비교적 연질인 탄성을 갖는 수지재료로 형성되고, 또한 전체적으로 대략 포탄형상의 얇은 중공 구조를 이루며, 상기 액체 재료와 가압 에어 사이에 개재되어, 그 에어의 압력을 받아 액체 재료에 전달하기 위한 플런저로서,그 후단부가 시린지의 내경보다 약간 작은 외경을 갖는 테이퍼형 선단부분과, 그 테이퍼형 선단부분의 후단부의 후방에 연속되고, 또한 시린지 내경과 거의 동일한 최대 외경을 그 후단부에서 가짐과 동시에, 그곳에서 개구되어 있는 통형상 동부와, 그 동부의 개구 부근의 외주면에 결합되고, 또한 상기 시린지 내벽면에 탄성적으로 밀착된 상태에서 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치된 플랜지 부재와,상기 플랜지 부재와 통형상 동부의 결합부 근방으로부터, 상기 통형상 동부의 내측으로 통하는 가는 관로로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 디스펜서의 시린지용 플런저.
