Description
Claims (15)
- 축과 연결된 내부 부분(2) 및 구동 휠과 연결된 조정 장치의 구획 휠(5)에 의해 각각 형성되어 상호 작용하는 두 개의 압력 챔버(7a 내지 7d, 8a 내지 8d)와, 각각의 압력 챔버의 벽 영역 내에 적어도 하나의 만입부(25)와, 유압식으로 가압될 수 있는 조정 장치(3)를 구비한, 특히 엔진의 캠축의 구동 휠(5)에 대한 축(1)의 회전 위치를 변경하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 만입부(25)는 구획 휠(5)의 방사상 주연면(24)내에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 압력 챔버(7a 내지 7d, 8a 내지 8d) 내에서, 주연부에 걸쳐 분포된 복수의 만입부(25)가 주연면(24) 내로 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 만입부(25)가 규칙적인 간격으로 주연면(24)내로 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 만입부(25)가 압력 챔버(7a 내지 7d, 8a 내지 8d)의 전체 폭(B)에 걸쳐 축 방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 만입부(25)가 축 방향으로 연장된 홈으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 만입부(25) 사이의 폭(b) 및 간격(d)은, 각각의 경우 적어도 두 개의 만입부(25)가 내부 부분(2)의 리브(4a 내지 4d)의 인접한 단부(23)에 의해 덮이도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 원주 방향으로 만입부(25)의 폭(b)이 내부 부분의 인접한 리브(4a 내지 4d)의 폭(D)보다 1/5 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 만입부(25)의 간격(D)이 내부 부분의 인접한 리브(4a 내지 4d)의 폭(D)보다 1/5 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 원주 방향으로 만입부의 폭(b)이 구획 휠의 인접한 리브(4a 내지 4d)의 폭(D)보다 1/10 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 만입부(25) 사이의 간격(d)이 내부 부분의 인접한 리브(4a 내지 4d)의 폭(D)보다 1/10 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 구획 휠(5)이 소결 부품으로서 형성되고, 만입부(25)가 소결 공정 시에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 만입부(25)의 폭(b)이 1mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 만입부(25)의 폭(b)이 0.5mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 만입부(25)의 깊이가 0.5mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 만입부(25)의 깊이가 0.2mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
