Claims (2)
- 유전체 기판의 제 1 표면 상에 스트립 전극(strip electrode)을 형성하는 단계;상기 유전체 기판의 제 2 표면 상에 접지 전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 유전체 기판의 제 1 표면 상에 상기 스트립 전극을 피복하는 케이스(case)를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 케이스를 형성한 후에, 상기 유전체 기판의 제 2 표면측으로부터 상기 스트립 전극을 트리밍(trimming)하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 접지 전극은 상기 유전체 기판의 제 2 표면의 전체에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 제어형 발진기의 조정 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스트립 전극은 레이저(laser)에 의해 트리밍되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 제어형 발진기의 조정 방법.
