Claims (10)
- Li, Na 및 K 중에서 선택된 하나의 원소를 포함하는 알카리 금속염 또는 Fe, Ni, Cu 및 Zn 중에서 선택된 하나의 원소를 포함하는 전이 금속염 1 또는 2 이상을 전체 대전방지제의 5∼40중량%가 되도록 취하여, 끓는점이 140℃ 이상인 카보네이트(carbonate), 케톤(ketone), 술폰(sulfone), 아미드(amide), 에테르(ether), 폴리올(polyol), 니트릴(nitrile), 니트리트(nitrite), 포스포네이트(phosphonate), 아세테이트(acetate) 그룹으로부터 선택된 1 또는 2 이상의 혼합물로 된 양이온 전도 유기화합물 50∼70중량%와 150∼200℃ 온도로 12∼24시간동안 격렬히 교반하여 1차 반응시키고; 이어서 끓는점이 140℃ 이상인 술폭사이드(sulfoxide), 에스테르(ester), 설페이트(sulfate), 포스페이트 (phosphate), 포스파이트(phosphite) 또는 이미드(imide) 그룹으로부터 선택된 1 또는 2 이상의 혼합물로 된 음이온 전도 유기화합물 15∼30중량%와 150∼200℃ 온도로 12∼24시간동안 격렬히 교반하여 2차 반응시킨 후; 상기 반응 혼합물을 40∼60℃ 온도로 1∼4시간 진공 감압 교반시키는 3차 반응단계로 제조함을 특징으로 하는 이온-콤프렉스형 대전방지제의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알카리 금속염은 LiPF6, LiBF4, LiSbF6, LiClO4, LiCF3SO3, LiAsF6, LiC(CF3SO3)3, LiN(CF3SO3)2, LiI, LiBr, LiCl, LiF, NaPF6, NaClO4, NaI, NaSCN, KSCN, KPF6 및 KClO4 중에서 선택된 1 또는 2 이상을 혼합한 알카리 금속염인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온-콤프렉스형 대전방지제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전이 금속염은 FeCl3, FeCl2, FeBr3, FeBr2, FeI2, FeI3, Fe(CH3COO)3, Fe(SCN)3, CuCl, CuBr, CuI, CuCN, CuCl2, CuBr2, CuI2, Cu(NO3)2, Cu(CH3COO)2, Cu(SCN)2, ZnCl2, ZnBr2, ZnI2, Zn(CH3COO)3 중에서 선택된 1 또는 2 이상을 혼합한 전이 금속염인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온-콤프렉스형 대전방지제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 양이온 전도 유기화합물은 끓는점이 140℃ 이상인 양이온 전도 유기화합물로서 프로필렌카보네이트(PC), 프로판디올 시클릭카보네이트, 히드록시뷰트릭산 락톤, 아세토니트릴, 디페닐 에테르, 디메틸 포름아미드(DMF), N-메틸아세트아미드(NMAA), N,N-디메틸아세트아미드(DMA), N-메틸프로피온아미드(NMPA), N-메틸피롤리돈(NMP), 술피닐비스메탄, 에틸렌 글리콜(EG), 디에틸렌 글리콜로부터 선택된 1 또는 2 이상의 혼합성분임을 특징으로 하는 이온-콤프렉스형 대전방지제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온 전도 유기화합물은 분자내 전자 받기 기능을 가진 끓는점이 140℃ 이상인 트리라우릴 포스파이트, 디프로필렌글리콜 포스파이트, 폴리 디프로필렌글리콜 포스페이트, 인산 트리스클로로에틸 에스테르, 트리이소데실 포스파이트, 디클로로프로판올 포스페이트, 디페닐히드로겐 포스페이트, 트리스 클로로메틸 에스테르 및 디메틸술폭시드(DMSO)로부터 선택된 1 또는 2 이상의 혼합물로 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 이온-콤프렉스형 대전방지제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 3차 반응생성물에 고분자 합성수지 가교제로 디(디클로로벤조일)퍼옥시드, 디벤조일 퍼옥시드, tert-부틸 퍼옥시벤조에이트, 디(tert-부틸퍼옥시)트리메틸시클로헥산, 디큐밀 퍼옥시드, 디(tert-부틸퍼옥시이소프로필)벤젠, tert-부틸큐밀퍼옥시드, 디tert-부틸퍼옥시드 중에서 선택된 하나를 대전방지제에 대하여 0초과 5중량% 미만을 더 첨가하여 70~80℃에서 1~2시간 교반시켜 제조한 것임을 특징으로 하는 이온-콤프렉스형 대전방지제의 제조방법.
- Li, Na 및 K 중에서 선택된 하나의 원소를 포함하는 알카리 금속염 또는 Fe, Ni, Cu 및 Zn 중에서 선택된 하나의 원소를 포함하는 전이 금속염 1 또는 2 이상을 전체 대전방지제의 5∼40중량%가 되도록 취하여, 끓는점이 140℃ 이상인 카보네이트(carbonate), 케톤(ketone), 술폰(sulfone), 아미드(amide), 에테르(ether), 폴리올(polyol), 니트릴(nitrile), 니트리트(nitrite), 포스포네이트(phosphonate), 아세테이트(acetate) 그룹으로부터 선택된 1 또는 2 이상의 혼합물로 된 양이온 전도 유기화합물 50∼70중량%와 150∼200℃ 온도로 12∼24시간동안 격렬히 교반하여 1차 반응시키고, 이어서 끓는점이 140℃ 이상인 술폭사이드(sulfoxide), 에스테르(ester), 설페이트(sulfate), 포스페이트(phosphate), 포스파이트(phosphite) 또는 이미드(imide) 그룹으로부터 선택된 1 또는 2 이상의 혼합물로 된 음이온 전도 유기화합물 15∼30중량%와 150∼200℃ 온도로 12∼24시간동안 격렬히 교반하여 2차 반응시킨 후, 상기 반응 혼합물을 40∼60℃ 온도로 1∼4시간 진공 감압 교반시키는 3차 반응으로 제조하여서 된 무색, 투명, 중성용액상의 이온-콤프렉스형 대전방지제 5~35중량%를; 아크릴로니트릴 고무, 플루오로 고무, 실리콘 고무, 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무, 우레탄 고무, 클로로프렌 고무, 스티렌 부타디엔 고무, 부틸 고무, 클로로술포네이트 프로필렌 고무, 고분자 술피드 고무, 아크릴레이트 고무, 에피크로로히드린 고무, 아크릴로니트릴 에틸렌 고무, 열경화성 폴리우레탄, 열가소성 폴리우레탄(TPU), 피브이씨, 에이비에스, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌, 나일론 및 폴리에스테르 중에서 선택된 하나의 합성고무 또는 합성수지 단독 및 이들의 폴리머 블렌드 95~65중량%와 배합하여서 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 도전성 합성수지.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 이온-콤플렉스형 대전방지제는 상기 3차 반응생성물에 고분자 합성수지 가교제로 디(디클로로벤조일)퍼옥시드, 디벤조일 퍼옥시드, tert-부틸 퍼옥시벤조에이트, 디(tert-부틸퍼옥시)트리메틸시클로헥산, 디큐밀 퍼옥시드, 디(tert-부틸퍼옥시이소프로필)벤젠, tert-부틸큐밀퍼옥시드, 디tert-부틸퍼옥시드 중에서 선택된 하나를 전체 대전방지제에 대하여 0초과 5중량% 미만이 되도록 더 첨가하여 70~80℃ 온도로 1~2시간 교반시켜 제조한 것임을 특징으로 하는 도전성 합성수지.
- 제 8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 대전방지제의 배합은 합성수지 제조원료에 대전방지제를 첨가하여 합성수지 생산 공정에 따라 제조 배합하거나 또는 합성수지를 융점까지 가열하고 대전방지제를 첨가 배합하여서 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 도전성 합성수지.
