Claims (6)
- 내연 기관의 배기계에 마련되고, 배기 중의 입자상 물질을 포집하는 입자상 물질 필터(24)와,상기 입자상 물질 필터에 포집된 입자상 물질의 퇴적량 상관치를 검출하는 퇴적량 검출 수단(56)과,상기 입자상 물질 필터의 온도 상관치를 검출하는 온도 검출 수단(53)과,상기 내연 기관이 아이들 운전 상태인지의 여부를 검출하는 아이들 검출 수단(50)과,상기 내연 기관의 아이들 운전시에 목표 아이들 회전 속도가 되도록 상기 내연 기관의 회전 속도를 제어하는 아이들 회전 속도 제어 수단(54)과,상기 퇴적량 검출 수단(56)의 검출 결과, 상기 온도 검출 수단(58)의 검출 결과 및 상기 아이들 검출 수단(50)의 검출 결과에 따라 상기 입자상 물질 필터(24)의 과승온을 억제하도록 상기 목표 아이들 회전 속도를 고 회전측으로 보정하는 보정 수단(60)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보정 수단(60)은, 상기 퇴적량 검출 수단(56)에 의해 검출되는 상기 입자상 물질의 퇴적량 상관치가 클수록 상기 목표 아이들 회전 속도를 고 회전측으로 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 보정 수단(60)은, 상기 온도 검출 수단(58)에 의해 검출되는 상기 입자상 물질 필터의 온도 상관치가 소정치보다 클 때에 상기 목표 아이들 회전 속도를 고 회전측으로 보정하고, 해당 온도 상관치가 소정치 이하일 때에는 상기 목표 아이들 회전 속도의 보정을 금지 또는 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 소정치는, 상기 퇴적량 검출 수단(56)에 의해 검출되는 상기 입자상 물질의 퇴적량 상관치가 클수록 저온측으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보정 수단(60)은, 상기 아이들 검출 수단(50)에 의해 상기 내연 기관이 아이들 운전 상태에 있을 때, 상기 퇴적량 검출 수단(56)의 검출 결과 및 상기 온도 검출 수단(58)의 검출 결과에 따라 상기 입자상 물질 필터의 과승온을 억제하도록 상기 목표 아이들 회전 속도를 고 회전측으로 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보정 수단(60)은, 상기 퇴적량 검출 수단(56)에 의해 검출되는 상기 입자상 물질의 퇴적량 상관치가 소정량보다 크며, 또한 상기 온도 검출 수단(58)에 의해 검출되는 상기 입자상 물질 필터의 온도 상관치가 검출된 상기 입자상 물질의 퇴적량 상관치에 따라 설정된 소정치를 초과할 때, 상기 퇴적량 검출 수단(56)에 의해 검출된 상기 입자상 물질의 퇴적량 상관치에 따라 상기 목표 아이들 회전 속도를 고 회전측으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 정화 장치.
