Claims (8)
- 극세화 복합섬유에 50∼80℃의 열수 온도에서 열수축 특성이 있으며, 70∼100℃의 열수 온도에서 용해 특성이 있는 폴리비닐알콜 섬유를 혼합하여 제조된 부직포 웨브층; 및상기 부직포 웨브층의 적어도 한면에 고수축 보강포를 첨합하여 니들 펀칭 방법 또는 스펀레이스 방법으로 결합된 고수축 보강포층;이 열수축된 것을 특징으로 하는 인공피혁용 복합부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직포 웨브층이 극세화 복합섬유에 폴리비닐알콜 섬유 10 내지 40 중량%를 혼합하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 인공피혁용 복합부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고수축 보강포가 폴리에스테르계 또는 폴리아마이드계에서 선택된 고수축 섬유 단독 또는 상기 고수축 섬유에 일반섬유 또는 극세화 복합섬유를 합사하여 제조된 직물 또는 편물의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 인공피혁용 복합부직포.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 극세화 복합섬유가 부직포 웨브 제조시 사용된 것과 동일한 고분자 계열의 극세화 복합섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 인공피혁용 복합부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인공피혁용 복합부직포가 부직포 웨브층의 폴리비닐알콜 섬유 및 고수축 보강포층의 고수축 섬유와의 최대 열수축 온도차가 ± 10℃ 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 인공피혁용 복합부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인공피혁용 복합부직포가 60∼80℃에서 열수축되고 겉보기밀도 0.40∼0.50 g/cm3의 초고밀도로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 인공피혁용 복합부직포.
- 1) 극세화 복합섬유에 폴리비닐알콜 섬유 10 내지 40 중량%를 혼합하여 부직포 웨브층을 성형하고,2) 상기 부직포 웨브층의 적어도 한면에 고수축 보강포를 첨합하여 니들 펀칭 방법 또는 스펀레이스 방법으로 결합하여 복합부직포 반제품을 제조하고,3) 상기 복합부직포 반제품을 60∼80℃에서 10∼20 초동안 열수축하여 인공피혁용 복합부직포를 제조하고,4) 상기 제조된 인공피혁용 복합부직포를 탄성체인 폴리우레탄 수지가 함유된 함침용액에 함침시킨 후 수세 및 탈수하고, 알칼리 용액에 처리하여 용출 및 감량 가공하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 인공피혁용 복합부직포를 이용한 인공피혁.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 인공피혁이 탄성체인 폴리우레탄 수지의 함유율이 10 내지 40중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공피혁.
