Claims (3)
- 플라이 휠의 외측 둘레가 일측으로 절곡된 절곡부의 외주연으로 링 기어가 조립되고, 상기 플라이 휠의 절곡부 일측으로 크랭크 포지션 센서와 작용되기 위한 노치가 일정간격으로 형성된 크랭크 포지션 센싱 휠이 부착되는 구조에 있어서,상기한 플라이 휠(30)에 일측면에 부착되며, 외주연 둘레가 상기 플라이 휠 절곡부(34)의 절곡방향으로 절곡된 인너 베어링 장착부(42b)가 형성된 환형상의 고정 플레이트(42)와;내측단에 마련된 아웃터 베어링 장착부(44b)가 상기 고정 플레이트(42)의 도중과 연결되고, 외측단의 노치부(44a)에는 일정간격으로 다수의 노치(41)가 형성되는 댐핑 플레이트(44)와;상기 댐핑 플레이트(44)의 아웃터 베어링 장착부(44b)와 고정 플레이트(42)의 인너 베어링 장착부(42b) 사이에 개재되는 베어링(46)과;상기 크랭크 포지션 센싱 휠(40)에 전달되는 회전 각속도의 변동량이 흡수되도록, 상기한 플라이 휠(30)의 절곡부(34) 내주연과 상기 댐핑 플레이트(44)의 아웃터 베어링 장착부(44b) 외주연 사이에 개재되는 러버(48); 를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크 포지션 센싱 휠의 장착구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 고정 플레이트(42)의 일측면 단면형상이 ''형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크 포지션 센싱 휠의 장착구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 댐핑 플레이트(44)는 일측면 단면형상이 ''형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크 포지션 센싱 휠의 장착구조.
