Claims (1)
- 피측정유체내에 설치되고, 이 피측정유체내의 유량에 따른 소비전력에 의해 발열하는 발열저항체와,피측정유체내에 설치되고, 상기 유량에 의해 변화하는 피측정유체의 온도를 검출하는 제1의 온도검출용 저항체와,피측정유체내에 설치되고, 상기 발열저항체의 온도를 검출하는 제2의 온도검출용 저항체를 구비하고,전기적으로 접속된 상기 제1의 온도검출용 저항체와 상기 제2의 온도검출용 저항체를 구비하는 브리지회로를 가지고,상기 브리지회로는, 상기 제1의 온도검출용 저항체와 상기 제2의 온도검출용 저항체와의 온도차가 일정하게 되도록 상기 발열저항체의 가열전류를 제어하고, 이 가열전류를 이용해서 피측정유체내의 유량검출을 실시하는 열식유량 검출장치에서,상기 브리지회로에 공급하는 전원전압으로서, 상기 발열저항체의 가열전류에 비례한 전압을 상기 브리지회로에 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열식유량 검출장치.
