Claims (2)
- 가이드 라이나를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 탄소: 3.0-4.2wt%, 망간: 0.2wt%이하, 인: 0.02wt%이하, 황: 0.02wt%이하, 실리콘: 2.5-3.0wt% , 니켈: 0.5-2.0wt%, 구리: 0.5-1.0wt%, 몰리브덴: 0.2-0.8wt%, 바나듐, 니오븀 및 보론으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종: 0.2-1.5wt%, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 구상흑연주철을 900-9300C에서 1인치 두께 기준으로 2시간이상 오스테나이징 처리한 후, 급냉시켜 350-370oC에서 1-2시간 템퍼링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모, 내부착성 및 내충격특성이 우수한 가이드 라이나의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 오스테나이징후의 급냉이 10초이내에 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모, 내부착성 및 내충격특성이 우수한 가이드 라이나의 제조방법
